Clean, large room with a good size bathroom. Nice bedding and a kind of interesting utilitarian decor. Really terrific restaurant in the hotel with very helpful staff, good quality weekday lunch specials and a value for money, breakfast. Very close to everything...Old Bucharest literally on the door step... you can walk to most central sites.

We stayed Saturday night and it seems like there was a techno dance party blaring music to about 4am in the bar across the lane, from the hotel. The hotel staff said they had put us in a quiet room away from the street noise... so I would hate to have been in a noisy room. Check this out when you book in.

breakfast was good, a fine selection and everything was fresh. staff was nice and really helpfull. room was great and clean. location is super - next to the old city, and close by to a metro station.

our windows turned outside and next to the hotel there's a pub that plays loud music. for me it was a plus, since i think it's nice to have a pub 3 meters from the hotel, especially in winter time. but for my mom it was a bit hard to fall asleep, even though the windows block most of the noise outside.

The hotel is right in the middle of the city, so many tourist spots, bars and restaurants are close by. There is a particularly nice bar just across from the entrance. The staff were very helpful when I need assistance, e.g., for booking a COVID test before flying. The breakfast was pretty decent and available for a good length of time. For a capital city hotel, you won’t find better prices for this kind of place in most of the world.

I had a few slight frustrations. Bucharest was in the middle of a heatwave when I visited, but the drinking water in the room was still limited and more expensive than it should’ve been. The room could’ve been slightly more hygienic - there were more flies than I would’ve liked and the floor was slightly dusty.

Clean, good facilities, great location with the Urbanist bar 10m from the entrance, several nice churches nearby and TONS of bars, including Halftime Pub for sports (4 min), Mister John for wine (4 min), Caru cu bere for the compulsory Romanian dinner in a fantastic setting (7 min), Beer O'Clock for the great domestic craft beer (5 min), Linea - Closer to the Moon (11 min), etc.

The people in old town refusing to take "No" for an answer when you tell them you're not interested in entering their dodgy bar.

Very nice and quiet hotel, rooms very generous size, comfortable beds, good quality bedding. just in the Old Town so walking distance everywhere. There is a coffee pods machine in the room (no milk provided though). Staff very helpful, they kindly printed off our boarding passes. Around 45 mins drive in traffic (Uber) from the airport

It was very hot in the room and the air con was set into "winter mode" so we could only switch it off (still warm) otherwise set on 24 degrees Celsius. You can't really leave the windows opened as there is a music bar outside with music playing until 2.30am Fri/Sat, you can't hear it with the windows closed.

Awesome breakfast , Location, receptionist/ friendly staffs, view from the balcony, close to everything including restaurants and nightlife.

Loud music in the club/ restaurants located right across the hotel that goes on ‘til early morning ( specifically during weekends).

This is a very good 4-star hotel in the Old Town of Bucharest near Unirii Square. We got a double room with windows into the attic for an exceptionally low price. Having windows into the attic was perfect, because otherwise the nightlife nearby is very loud. The breakfast was very good, and they also gave me a package with food when I had to leave early in the morning.

The free wifi is unsafe (does not require a password) and extremely slow and erratic, using it was sometimes a challenge. The sheets on the bed are all synthetic, meaning that you sweat all night; there were also somewhat too many pillows. Besides that, the room is connected to another room by a door (locked, of course), through which one can hear all the sounds. When I wrote to the hotel in advance asking them how to reach them from the airport, they offered me a taxi transfer for €30, which is 50 times more expensive than the bus and definitely more expensive than the normal taxi.

The hotel stands at an excellent location, in city center, near "Curtea Veche". Very good breakfast, frendly staff, comfortable rooms. I really loved it!

Unfortunately. the taxi can't stop in front of hotel. The street don't allow this. However, the car can stop really close (20/30 meters, more or less).

There is a bar right opposite the hotel that is playing music outside every night until 02:00 a.m. The rooms are not soundproof.

the central location . you are next to everything . one of the best hotels I stayed in for ticking every box.

nothing to unlike. but they take a credit card deposit when you arrive in case you damage room etc and that took 10 days to get back as it taken out your account. why a simple cash deposit is not sufficient is beyond me. the coffee at breakfast probably worse thing lol but there is a Starbucks 10 seconds away
