Room and staff service excellent. Disappointed with breakfast selection eg, eggs poorly presented, sausages and bacon tasteless. ( the Irish and British, who seemed to make up most of the guests, especially love these at breakfast.)

We had a rather long walk to our room, especially since I have a walking medical problem. Also, while ourselves, other guests and all staff wore protective covid masks, NONE of the many English guests, especially golfers, took any such precautions. We found this quite worrying. Shouldn't the Hotel make this compulsory for all guests, especially in the dining room ?

Breakfast and location was excellent. Rooms were clean and tidy. Pool area nice with good selection of beds around each pool!

Beds could be more comfortable! The pool bar was terrible. Slow service and food very average when it eventually arrived… Staff did not care to serve food and made many many errors at pool bar. Two hours for two sandwiches and 2 drinks is shocking service. Staff at pool bar were very poor and manager was just as bad. Needless to say we never returned to the pool bar for lunch or drinks as the service was very very slow and not helpful at all… Have lunch & drinks at the marina instead!! Much faster and better service in the Marinas many bars and restaurants.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic and highly recommended , with great food and very friendly service Booked for next year straight away. Just a little disappointed with using facilities.

When going to use indoor swimming pool and hottub, I was told we had to wear swimming caps we wasnt told this at point of booking and also not given a reason why, im a man with a bold head. What difference would it make 🤔, we also told we would have to pay for swimming caps, we were put off by this very unhappy, most men have body hair and facial hair.. do they ask em to put a all in one body suit on with a mask..ERR NO! Was so looking forward to using hotel facilities very disappointed .

Comfortable and clean. There were children in our party and the hotel regularly had some sort of entertainment for the children, which was great! Great location - not far from the marina, but far enough away to be quiet, and right beside the beach! The kitchen in the room has all you'll need. The shower is great, not one that is fixed to the wall or ceiling so good for a rinse or if you don't want to wet your hair, has great water pressure, and the temperature is easily adjusted.

It was a little bit slow at check-in but ok. The "fry" section of the breakfast wasn't great, but there is such a large selection of breakfast that there was always something else to have instead. The pool at the bar is incredibly windy! It's somehow even windier at it than it is on the beach! But there are 2 other outdoor pools that are better sheltered, so again, you have options.

It is not acceptable that you wait TWO hours for making check in. NOT ACCEPTABLE at ALL!!!! A hotel with such a good condition should have much better plan for the days in which they clearly know there will be a lot of people arriving. The breakfast is very disappointed for a hotel of such quality. It is not at all understandable that this hotel in the privileged region of portugal gives you industrial orange juice. For those that are not portuguese please understand Algarve has one of the best oranges in the world. The variety of the breakfast was also very limited.

I booked a superior with sea view which was spectacular. The room was clean bright and modern.

Reception was painfully slow at both check in and check out. For check in it was understandable as all of the covid protocols and checks had to be done. Check out was awful. New arrivals were causing huge delays even though check in was not possible until 2pm for them, the hotel processed them anyway, this was at 11 am. There was no dedicated queue for check out so I queued for 30 minutes to pay a room service bill of 12 Euro. I tried to register on lineso I could self check out but it was in Portuguese. There were also some hidden charges, for example on site parking was not free and there was also a charge for the room safe. The breakfast was self service in a very busy dining room with way too many people considering Covid

The location was perfect. We had a sea view room and it was lovely! Only a couple of mins down the road to the Marina, a bus stop right outside and a big walkway to Quarteria going the other way. Also well placed for loads of eateries and bars. The facilities were great, we didn't use the indoor pool and spa but we did have an hour or so outside. The hotel itself is really nice, breakfast was always good in the mornings. The same choice every day, however a good mixture to choose from so you didn't have to eat the same thing every day.

The beds. I didn't sleep great at all whilst staying here. They were hard and the pillows weren't great either. They could do with some improvement.

Everything was excellent. We were a group of 16 golfers. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Will return in future. Beach was very close. Other facilities were 5 minutes walk away.

We liked everything about the hotel .location facilities. Breakfast was plentiful.pool area was clean .rooms cleaned every day for 6 days we where there.the best hotel we've stayed in in Portugal.we will be back again.

Only 1 thing.u should not have to pay for a safe in a 4 star hotel.we pay above the odds to stay in a nicer hotel which this is.so to charge 2:50 euro a day is a bit mean .and it's not the few quid it's principal.so that's my only gripe.but didn't affect our stay in a wonderful Hotel with lovely staff

Excellent hotel Great selection of food at breakfast In room facilities excellent Location of hotel brilliant, right on beach and 2 minutes walk to the Tivoli side of the marina. Pools, lounger areas are very well kept. Good selection of lunch/snacks and drinks available in the outdoor and indoor cafe. Highly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Unfortunately on the Saturday night of our stay there was very loud music coming from the neighbouring beach club until around 1.30 in the morning. Our room looked over the beach club so maybe the noise wouldn't have been as bad at the other side of the hotel.
