beautiful room breakfast really great and dinner with voucher from front desk was great value happy hour very good barman very helpful food over in golfclub very good nice watching the golfers playing onto green

only thing was the shuttle wasnt going it was still showing it was in service on website it was very costly getting taxies to vila moura and quitera didnt mind getting one back to hotel but both ways cost a lot

It's a place you wish you lived there. Wonderful outdoor areas with plenty of space. Kids love the swimming pool. Tennis court was great too, we had a fun time playing. I didn't have a chance to see the indoor pool. Golf course looked amazing for those who like golf. The staff all around was really friendly. Cleanliness is 10/10 I recommend a 100% and look forward to returning in the future, even thought of booking for a month!

The hotel was so nice that I didn't mind the little 'downs'.. Air conditioning wasn't working but I didn't complain because didn't want anyone in the room on a short holiday.. The breakfast was nice, even though you might expect a little bit more from a 5-star hotel. Bathrobe was a great idea. Just wished it didn't look 50years old with fabric fringes :)

All staff were friendly and professional. Bed was large and comfortable. Location is next to the golf course so it is quiet (except when the grass is being mowed!). Large free car park at the hotel.

Reception staff were helpful but there were often queues as there were too few staff to handle some involved queries. No public transport nearby so car/taxi is essential to visit other locations. A wide range of choices on the buffet but some food didn’t stay warm, which was a shame.

The grounds and gardens are looked after well, with lots of small birds nesting in the trees. Could always find a sun lounger by the pool. The indoor gym facilities were good and it was often quiet. An extra bonus was the indoor pool, jacuzzi and small sauna (although the steam room was broken at the time). The quality of breakfast food was great with lots of variety and it suited us that breakfast lasted until 11am.

The cost of the buffet evening meal at the hotel (€35pp) didn't suit us as we would have preferred to choose from a menu so we ended up getting Ubers (€5-10 each way) into Vilamoura or the next town along to have dinner.

We had such a wonderful time. The staff was really friendly and helpful. At all times they were ready to help. It was our son’s birthday and they even prepared a cake without telling us. Our son enjoyed the kids club, the pool was wonderful, the location is excellent as it is quiet and just 7min to the beach by Uber. Breakfast had a lot of choice. Pool was great and beautiful surroundings.

We don’t echo some of the other comments. We had a wonderful time and wonderful staff. Would be great though if they can make the pool area smoke free or a designated area for smoking. Even if just 1 person smokes it disturbs a lot of people who need to sit in the smell and the kids around having to breath the smoke.

Great friendly staff. Fabulous coffee! Excellent location. Wonderful access to the golf course for a walk - there are clear paths through so as long as understand the route you won't get in anyone's way. Comfortable beds.

Small things - housekeeping a bit haphazard. For some reason on the last full day they disconnected the plug that my phone charger was plugged in to. So, I connected the phone to the charger overnight to set my alarm but was unaware that someone had crawled down by the bed to disconnect. It might be an idea to put notes on them not to remove them. One robe was removed mid stay and no handtowels were left on the last day.

Indoor pool was too cold for children but this was the only shaded area by a pool, the children’s pool was also too cold so we used the main pool which wasn’t the best for children The pool area was undergoing maintenance whilst we were there Hotel was remote and taxis were required to get anywhere. The shuttle service no longer runs. No drinks included with evening meal on the half board which was expensive each evening

One of the nights when we got back to the hotel after a night out,we were left standing outside ringing the bell for at least 15 mins, there was nobody at the desk ,which is unacceptable as it says hotel has 24 hrs reception, one of the ladys with us was in really bad need to use the toilet , when the male eventually came to reception and opened the door he looked like he had been asleep somewhere, and not even an apology from him for leaving us standing outside.

Many friendly staff members (but also some not so friendly), great pool and garden areas. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options - we even got to sit outside, by the sun, watching the ducks, seagulls, and other birds. We didn't use the golf facilities.

Staff was a matter of luck - most were very friendly, but a fair chunk was too serious in such a beautiful and sunny location. The dinner options were not good for us, and a la carte options were insufficient. On our first day, we asked for pool towels that never appeared.

The hotel is beautiful and set on really lovely grounds. The pool is big and there are plenty of sun loungers so you never have to fight for one. There is a pond beside the restaurant that has swans in it that my daughter absolutely loved as well as a play park. The staff are so lovely. Very friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a smile. The hotel is a bit more secluded but only a €5 Uber to the marina and there are restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay here and have booked to come back again next year
