The staff was friendly, accommodating, and communicated well in english. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. The bed was huge and comfortable. The bathroom was large as well. The grounds were garden like and well maintained with a large pool. Great for families to enjoy with the kids. The property is secure and offers a large parking area. The breakfast was amazing, and the serving staff was attentive. We would definitely return, even if it meant going a bit out of our way.

Breakfast was limited (first hotel breakfast I've seen without any croissants) and the dining room quite small and awkward when full of guests...have to wait a while to make toast etc

Too far away from anything. No facilities or machine for juice or water. Had to order food and drink from Uber eats. We were touring on a bike. In the heat you’d think you would get a bottle of water on arrival. No fridge in room. Breakfast was good.

Positives: good, peaceful pool area - well maintained and very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast basic but satisfactory. Good location with a great view.
Need improvement: room size for a family of 4 was rather restrictive, bathroom had slight damp smell, the shower didn't drain well requiring turning off several times during each shower - note we did not report this therefore we didn't give the staff the opportunity to correct this as were were only there for a few nights

The staff very welcoming. .breakfast was delicious and so much choices to choose from.. The room was very clean . Fresh towels every day. Quiite locations which was much needed. Lovely swimming pool area.. would recommend highly. Thank you hilltop oasis for your warm welcome.

The size of the rooms, wow, very spacious, the beds certainly confy. Good breakfast. The entire staff were so helpful in the breakfast time, asking the guests if we need something else, putting available all food in the table. Very friendly staff in general. The space is something peaceful, fresh, beautiful. Beautiful nature, amazing pool view from the room.

Quiet upstairs room with terrace and nice city view. Personal was very nice and flexible they upgrade us with out cost for a bigger room.
Far from Lisbon you need a car since there is nothing to do walking distance. The floor in the bathroom needs an upgrade it is fake wood that is loose.
