The location is incredible for the price. A one minute walk down hill to some very good local restaurants. Shown your room which is unusual these days .

Remember this hotel is in a prime location in OLD town so please don't expect everything to 100% Things will need replacing updating etc but the charm and friendlessness of staff and locals will far exceed a faulty this or that.

Cute little hotel in a very very nice location. Really good price. Simple and clean room. Room equipped with TV, air conditioning and mini fridge. Bathroom had a bidet and a bathtub. Hotel has a rooftop pool. Breakfast is classic and good. Warm dishes are included, there are some vegetarian options as well. Friendly staff. Very close to the city centre and to the beach. A few minutes walking to everything and still not noisy at night. Room had a really nice view of the street.

Furniture was a bit old but working fine and clean. Room didn't have a balcony, it was a bit tricky drying clothes sometimes. Everything was fine overall, no issues.

Great location, just a step away from everything, restaurants, beach, travel agencies, shops, bar street, but far enough not to be in the center of the madness. Breakfast is good, you can get anything you need protein - eggs, yogurt, beans, carbs - bread, cereal, pastries and fruit, etc. to start your day. The bed was comfy and the size of the room was decent. It was good to have a swim in the pool when we arrived in the evening after a long journey. Most of the hotel staff was friendly. Great base, if you want to be close to the beach and to the sparkling life of Albufeira.

Be prepared for climbing uphills, but it's bearable Quite noisy, you can hear every noise and drunk people's loudness, soundproofing should be improved, however it's not the hotel's fault people cannot behave

Perfect location / 5m walk from the beach. Surrounded by restaurants “ in the heart of the Old town. Nice staff. Great value for money. Good breakfast.

Although it wasn’t a problem for me , just note the hotel is on a bit steep hill Which won’t be comfortable for someone with special needs or old age to take it up and down that 100 meter ramp daily.

The location was excellent near the square and beach although it's on a steep hill so might not suit everybody Also Maria at the front desk was lovely to deal with and very accommodating on departure day so big thanks to her. The breakfast was simple but adequate with both continental and hot options .Perfect stay for the price you pay.

Only downside was no sockets near the bed in my particular room for charging phones etc but not a big deal really.

The room is very spacious and the bed very comfortable and big. The staff is very helpful and f three was an issue they were very reactive, I mentioned that there was a bit of noise close to my room but it didn't bothered me but they suggested they could figure something out. For some reason the first 2 days I didn't have much hot water in the afternoon but the other days it was completely fine. The fridge and air conditioning work very well and it was nice to have a bathtub. Some reviews mention stairs in the way from the central area but I think it's not a big deal at all (I had a 3 year old with me) unless the person is disabled.

very close to the square. room was cleaned daily and fresh towels. we had 3 rooms booked for 6 guests and all 3 rooms were very nice. staff were very friendly and helpful and there was a member of staff at reception all night every night to unlock the door and help with checking out early in the morning.

little issue with the air con that would not reset but the staff were more than helpful to resolve this

The hotel is a ten minute easy walk to the beach and a five minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel is surrounded by pubs, bars and restaurants which will suit everyone. The hotel, although basic has everything you need for a break and rooms were done daily. The breakfast has a canny selection and not to be grumbled at. The staff are pleasant as you would expect and all speak good English. They are happy to help you with booking taxis or transfers if required. The pool is located on the roof with about twelve beds around it and several beds on a lower landing area. The pool is clean, a good size and very relaxing if no kids there. The beach can be hectic at times and e7.50 for a bed for the day.

The hotel is located on a hill which is quite steep. It can take several minutes to walk up to it for a fit and mobile person. Elderly or people with mobility issues might want to consider this before booking.

The location is perfect close to town centre close to the beach the rooftop pool is fantastic although the water is cold but all the time sunny up there meanwhile the surrounding apartments has a bigger pool.they all in a shade around 4 but we were up there 6- 7 at night. No fault about a cleanliness. Staff is friendly. We have not had breakfast but they also offer.

The lift a bit small and the bar was not open yet.

Very, very clean room, lovely size, the bed was a bit worn and the wifi was not working in the room. Apart from that everything was perfect, the location is the BEST!(quiet enough to sleep, but 2 mins from the old town and 5 mins from the beach, highly recommended.The breakfast was lovely big choice and always fresh(continental but also choice for local items on the buffet table, everything was fresh!)
