Q Hotel Plus Wrocław

The room was a good size. Bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. We had a travel cot provided by the hotel with a lovely, cosy mattress. My 3 year old no longer sleeps in a cot but found this very comfortable. The room was also quiet which is very important to us. A great surprise was a play area near the bar area. There was a nice sofa we sat on to enjoy a drink while our 3 year old played with a good variety of toys. The hotel is close enough to the train station and the centre as well as being far enough to be nice and quiet. We also found it easy to catch a tram and a bus to the airport. We will definitely stay again.

The bed was very comfortable but was a twin bed rather than 1 double bed. Would have also been great if there was a bath instead of a shower but that's just personal preference. Also would have been great if there was some milk to go with the coffee provided in the room.

Breakfast provides nice choices it even has some of Korean style food that I loved the most. There was a small place for kids also that my daughter really loved. It was very nice staying there. Thank you very much.

I didn't know I should have booked in advance to use the parking place there. The information I could get from the application was "parking available" so I thought there have enough place and all I had to do is paying some additional parking fee. But after I arrived there in terrible snowing weather I was answered in front of building I should find a place around there. I and my 2 year daughter had to walk from a remote parking place in the nearby apartment complex to the hotel in the cold and snow.

Overall excellent hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern with good quality shower and nice touch of water in the rooms

The breakfast arrangement for covid is weak. For those business people travelling who are happy to help themself to a continental breakfast the process of ordering and waiting behind slow moving holiday makers is not great. Allow me to collect my own bread, croissant and juice and leave only those with time to do the full paper ordering process- thanks

The location is excellent and only 10 minutes from the old town in a straight line. Extremely close to the bus and train station as well. Room was very clean and it met my expectations from staying in other big chain hotels. The staff were extremely polite and spoke very good English.

No hot water for the shower on the second day but I was leaving anyway so didn't say anything. It would have been nice to have a hot shower before I left on a 5 hour bus journey home though. The requirements or lack of them for masks were somewhat unclear.

Shower was perfect, location a short walk away from main square. Great view of the city and the staff were lovely, especially in reception.

Overall, it was a very good 1-night stay. The room was clean and spacious enough. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The view was on the street but surprisingly there wasn't a lot of noise coming from it, so even with an open window we slept really well. Also, the room is really well soundproofed. We never heard a single sound from other rooms. Breakfast was fantastic. I wish there were more vegan options but for vegetarians there were plenty.

TV in our room didn't work. The remote seemed to be from another TV :) Also, we couldn't connect to the internet while in the room. For us, it wasn't really an issue as we didn't spend a lot of time in the room but if we stayed longer, it'd be a real problem. Lastly, for some reason even though our Ukrainian friends booked the same type of room for the same price as we did, we — Americans — got a bigger room with a king-size bed while they got a smaller one with a queen. We had way too much fun exploring Wroclaw to waste time complaining but I just want the hotel to read this and be fairer and more transparent with the guests in the future.

This hotel was beautiful. The people, from Amelia from my first check-in to Kateryna on the day I left, were superior. The room was spotless, fresh and extremely comfortable.

The WiFi was a bit spotty and slightly slow. Otherwise, it was great.

Great location, comfortable bed and very friendly staff. The room was warm and cosey, and great food places in walking distance.

The view wasn't great, we had individual duvets on the bed rather than one large one and the TV wasn't a smart TV so couldn't watch Netflix etc

the staff was amazing. They were very helpful. Breakfast was also good (comparing the price and the quantity). The bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is very central.

The TV was not very good. It had limited content and functionalities to connect your devices were limited or not available. The lighting could be better in the room. There was no drawer to put our stuff only hangers. It may not be convenient for all travelers.

Breakfast was excellent with great variety of food and drinks. Dinner was also very nice. Bar staff especially Emin were fantastic. Front desk staff was equally helpful and friendly. Parking was easy, but did not know that you had to reserve parking on line prior to arrival. We had to park at the mall parking lot which was fine.

The music in the lobby a droning, new wave female singer that honestly grated on both my wife's and my nerves. A more contemporary Polish soft pop mix of artists would have been more pleasing. Reminded us of the music in a spa hotel in Syracuse which after one hour would make you cut your ears off. That was the most unpleasant part of the stay as we did spend time at the bar and in the lobby.
