- We were able to check in early in the morning. - Good blackout curtains and the room was quiet at night. - Daily cleaning including 4 water bottles and clean towels. Room was clean. - Near the train station and trams. - Near the Wroclavia shopping center and aquapark. - Very extensive breakfast buffet including pancakes, salads, cakes, eggs, sausages. - Staff gave a free breakfast package because we left too early for breakfast on our last day. - The Czary Mary restaurant of the hotel offers good food at a favorable price. - Hotel helped to arrange airport shuttle. - Wi-Fi was good. - Reception is open 24 hours. - Room offered nice view of the train station. Break fast room also offers a nice view with floor to ceiling windows. - Hotel offer value for money and I would book again.

- The bed of the bed couch was squeaky. - Note that it still takes around 20 minutes to walk to the city center.

- far from old town/ city centre. We used Bolt and Uber to get there. Maybe there are some shortcuts, but we didn't manage to find them. - despite the fact breakfast room was large enough, it was very crowded from 9-10; sometimes you have to wait for a free table. But these are not that important aspects.

When I first entered my room, I found that there was an unknown mucus on the seat of toilet , and it was suspected that it had not been cleaned thoroughly. The temperature of the shower water was not stable, which make a unpleasant bath time. Too cold and not able to adjust the temperature of air conditioner, so I couldn't but shut it down. Towels were not replaced the next day, and bottles of mineral water and paper cups were replenished. No fridge, kettle. But you could find coffee bags, tea bags and lemonade drinking water on the first floor. 

Comfortable, clean - all you'd expect from a big chain like this. Very convenient for the main railway station (just across the road), but a 10-15 minute walk from the central area. Breakfast included in the price, and was a self-service buffet which was open by 7am (useful when catching a train at 08.00), with cereal, hot food, bread, meat, cheese, pastries, cakes, plus fruit juice and hot drinks - good value for that. On one night I ate in the restaurant with a group, and that was good. No facilities in rooms for making hot drinks, but there's a machine beside reception which is free to use, and there was bottled water in the room. Good English spoken at reception, which was staffed late into the evening (if not 24 hours).

I actually stayed here initially for one night, stayed in a different city for three nights, and then returned here for another two nights. On the first visit it took a long time before my laptop managed to log onto the hotel wifi, but it eventually did. On my second visit (staying in a different room on a different floor), my laptop would not even acknowledge there was any wifi in the hotel for most of the time, and would not log on to it at all. I think my travelling companion (in the room next door) said he'd managed to get his smart phone to log on, but with a little difficulty. This was a little disappointing, and could potentially have caused me some problems as I often rely on having internet connection when I'm travelling (although I managed on this occasion).

In the past I had very negative and unpleasant memories of staying in Ibis hotels in Poland. I was shocked to see how positively Ibis has changed. I'd definitely recommend Ibis in 2023 - Ibis breakfasts used to be disgusting, but now they're a model of a good breakfast. The coffee from the machine is not still at an acceptable level, but everything else is great! Well done, Ibis! Keep it up!

More energy and laughter at the from desk. Hey, it's 2023, not 2001 :) - let's enjoy the fact that Covid is over and we can travel again. I don't quite understand why the invoice for the stay can't be issued on the day of check-in - it's important to remember to pick it up and not forget about it.

Fantastic place. Staff was friendly, super efficient, always available to help. The breakfast is amazing, can't ask for more diversity. The ladies that clean the room were really nice. Kamila deserves the tittle of the BEST Receptionist. Super-efficient, smiling, great knowledge of Wroclaw, always taking time to chat few minutes with us. FANTASTIC place with a cool bar, and if you don't want to walk to much to go eat, there is this Czay Mary restaurant just on the main floor.

I would have LOVED a sports hall. As a Convention Center, you also can have people that NEED to work out, before the breakfast, or after a long day.

The hotel is in a great location. It is across the road from the Wroclaw Glowny train and bus stations and the fabulous Wroclavia shopping centre. The airport bus leaves from the street outside. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Rynek, and there are many other useful tram connections. The hotel itself is well above the level of a typical Ibis. We had a lovely room on the fifth floor overlooking the station. It was clean, spacious, attractively decorated and had everything we needed. As other reviewers have said, the breakfast was excellent. There is also a nice bar on the ground floor.

My only suggestion would be to add a toaster for non-continental guests.

This hotel is very close to the train main station, what is very practical, and at the same time it is at walking distance to the city center. I arrived too soon to check-in, but at the reception they were very kind and took care of my luggage, so that I could go ahead and enjoy the city. When checking out I could also leave my luggage to visit the city some more and then pick it up later to catch my train. From my room I could enjoy a nice view of (half of) the train station. The room was quite, though. Even when I had one room right on top of the breakfast room I could not hear much from it. Coffee or tea are offered at the entrance hall, free of charge for guests, which is a nice welcome and a nice way to gather your thoughts and seat down for a bit after coming back from downtown. I did like the style, and even found a book at the Museum of Architecture that had this building in it.

The only thing I didn't like: I was there mid-November, which meant the AC was set to warm-up, and not to cool down. But my room faced south and during one afternoon it was quite sunny. I had not thought about closing the curtains, so it got rather warm in there. The temperature was past 30ºC when I came back. I could not find a way to re-set the AC to cool the room down a bit. As a side note: It would have been nice if this otherwise fancy hotel had a gym.

we only spent an overnight stay here, as a stopover to our next destination. we liked the fact it had safe secure underground parking and very easy to find by car. The hotel was very quirky decorated as was the rooms, we had a great room on the 6th floor over looking the train station., very comfortable and clean, great lighting, bathroom clean and well appointed. breakfast was included and was plentiful and lots of wonderful choices.

would have liked a kettle tea/coffee facilities. although you could get hot drinks at reception.

In an ideal location next to Railway station. Very Nice Modern Hotel , All Facilities are Working, Room was nice and Open , They play music in the Corridor x Breakfast was great and Varied again music played . Restaurant was Nice with a Great Menu and the Staff were friendly, And for me Spoke good English. Great hotel for Families with play areas for the Kids ,Good access to Trams and Buses and easy to walk to the Busy Centre. . All Round a Very Nice Hotel.
