Hilton Garden Inn Krakow Airport

A good, although not very cheap (I'm not complaining - I inform you) hotel right next to the airport. Friendly service, good breakfasts. Perfect for an overnight stay due to a transfer or a transfer with a short city-break in Krakow. Room clean and comfortable.

A friendly note to Management. In our room, the shower cabin was constructed in such a way that water poured into the bathroom door sill. This damages the bottom of the bathroom door, which you can see. IMHO hard to accept in the hotel of a brand like this. More light in a hotel room, please. LED bulbs are cheaper and cheaper.

The location is great if u having back to back flights, cleaning wise it's good too.

The price of this hotel is not small, however hotel is having a bit outdated furniture. Sofa as a bed was terrible, could not sleep there at all. No needed amenities were in the room (slippers, dental kit, vanity kit...). People are coming here to rest between their flights, however in stead of resting u need to call and request staff to bring needed items. Much preferable to have it in the room before arrival. We were staying with 5 month old baby and needed extra drinking water for arranging bottles and preparing food for baby for next flight, staff was not helpful with it, so I needed to go to airport to the shop to buy it. In stead of placing fancy water bottles with very limited qty better to have a simple one that would be possible to provide extra.

Hilton – is Hilton The hotel is very convenient if you have a flight at night or early at the morning from John Paul II International Airport Kraków-Balice. You can get to the main airport building by special lift + pedestrian corridor right from your room, without going out to the street. Our room was very clean, cozy, and new. Windows were with sound insulation, so you couldn’t open them, but it was absolutely calm at night, despite the airport and road we can see from the window. Staff was pleasant and friendly, our check in and checkout were quick and easy.

Perfectly located and there’s an indoors passage to the airport. Delicious and great variety of food for breakfast. Helpful personnel

You can’t open the windows and let some fresh air in. Instead, there’s a very strange system that sets the temperature (rather cold temperature) in a room and you can’t change that, even when you turn the AC off. Plus the sink got clogged within second of washing my hands. The food from the a la carte menu in the same restaurant as breakfast is in need of improvement.

The location is so convenient, and the room comfortable, with little extras like small wash cloths and real cups for coffee! And the restaurant food was delicious! The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Thanks again for another great stay

Instructions would help me - I didn't know how to change the room temperature or use the shower. :-) And I had a difficult time accessing the menu on the television, too. Just a few explanation would be a great help!

Very nice and professional front desk staff, 24/7 mini-"mart" and the location just by the airport which it was even connected to by tunnel (that is great, when it's pouring rain outside). Rooms are well equipped and maintained and you don't hear much sound either from outside or neighbors/hall.

TV seemed allright and modern at first, but Internet TV function was not working and there were no other widgets under apps installed (like YouTube). The hotel should consider a streamcast feature, so gueats can share their Netflix or any other service they have, from their smartphones.

Location. Shower. Iron/Ironing board. Bed. Ability to buy a bottle of wine at the restaurant bar. Menu was limited but food was great! Value of the hotel was just perfect! Joined the Hilton Honors program.

There was no one to assist with luggage during arrival and departure. The only reason I stayed here is because I had a 6:00 AM flight next day so I was disappointed not to have help. Front desk service was ok but not up to my expectation. When I arrived, there was no greeting and I actually had to get their attention to help me. I suggest more customer service training for this staff.

Booked for 2 adults and a 9-year old. Smooth check in, helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with proper queen size bed, not two singles joined like in other hotels. Great size bath for a relaxing evening after traveling. Comfortable sofa bed for our daughter. We really enjoyed our stay.

Would be great if the sofa bed was set up and with bedding on as we arrived late and tired. Fighting with the bed and eventually needing the staff to show us how to do it would be great to avoid in the future.

Clean and comfortable, very nice Hotel directly across the street from the airport. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Not much around the area but you would probably just be staying there for leaving or arriving in Krakow anyway. A couple places to eat at the airport, and an excellent restaurant/Bar located in the hotel. Food was delicious, but a little pricey. Easy to get to the center of town by train. Would stay again!

Perfect location to avoid the stress of a drive on the morning of a flight. Smart hotel, good beds, we had a double and a twin sofa bed already made for when we arrived. Shop has a few basics but equally you can walk to the airport terminal.

Unless i just couldn't find them, i don’t think our room had any USB ports. Seems trivial but we have been in hotels for 3 wks and this is the first one and you get used to not needing adaptors! Seemed to only be 1 bag trolley, which was in use when we arrived. Ridiculous for an airport hotel, people will have bags!
