Bathroom sanitary were not comfortable and small size and shower was not working, humid smell in the room.

It’s location and the private terrace room which we upgraded to and the scuba diving instructor’s were the best special mention to Kobe
Firstly plz it’s not a 5star property, they don’t provide basic dental kit , no mineral water, and the breakfast was the meltdown. They don’t have a huge buffet spread that was also not our problem, the actual problem is whe we ordered a pancake and an omelet the waitress was like mam hope u know nli once dish we serve as complimentary breakfast and the other order is charged… REALLYYY which 5 star does this after changing 20k per night.. highly disappointed, the staff needs to mention this on the website under complimentary breakfast clause RIP

Good location in Sabang beach. Easy for all divers
As a long-time guest, I stay this hotel several times since seven years ago. But they lost all guest profiles and asked me to provide the information again. My room is the "sea view." During my stay, the hotel was remodeling the room over my head. It made a big noise in the morning and afternoon, and I could not rest very well
