The property itself is nice and comfortable and our stay was better than the reviews I read online. I guess they improved the value of their food, room and the facilities since they are under renovation.

The food is tasty and views are gorgeous. The snorkeling is superb. Staff is friendly.
Breakfast is limited and you must order the day before. You also need to order all meals hours beforehand as there is no printed menu. Lots of bugs and mosquitos as the rooms are more on the rustic native side. It's a rocky beach so no playing in the sand. Meals and accommodations are a bit pricey for what you get.

the room is ok. the staff is friendly but needs a lot of training about customer service & food handling
the whole place needs renovation, the reviews are inaccurate. the food is really bad, what’s worse is that is is super expensive. we had to drive to the town proper for 30 mins just to have a descent meal. the free breakfast is also poorly done. no quality at all. the glasses smells like cockroaches.... the rooms are clean but really old.

Place is quiet and restaurant staff accommodating.
Most structures and interior need repair and renovations. Cleanliness non existing. Pools dirty with leaves and dust. Water in front of resort too shallow with seabed of sharp corrals, not possible to swim close by. No seafood available and considered special request.
