The location is great and views from ocean facing rooms are really nice. The buffet breakfast was well stacked. A lot of good eateries within 300m from the hotel, in case you would prefer to eat somewhere else.

We found the tours and transfer rates from the hotel on the higher side compared to klook or other direct service providers. The restaurant is pricey and we found it not good from a value for money perspective. The room clean services for 1 day during our stay was subpar but they quickly rectified once we called the central desk.

the beach the serene, the food was delicious, and the place still looks pretty good for a 10year old resort. the room air conditioning is still topnotch. they also upgraded there tv's to smart tvs, the is still comfortable after all these years

the bathroom fixtures need some minor repairs, like the toilet seat cover and the shower control valves need maintenance and our bathroom doesn't have any robe hook, the shower heads need cleaning also

I like the koi fish, the restaurant had a nice view. The guys manning the valet and welcome area (the one who puts lays on guests) were very nice all of them

The elevator wasn't working and had a really bad smell that permeated from the elevators to the whole 3rd floor. It smelled like a sewage problem. One of the ladies at the reception who I was talking to maybe was having a bad day and was sarcastic and rude. Its such a shame. They lost my laundry and was insisting that they didn't , insinuating that it was my fault and no laundry was delivered and when they finally found it, they didn't even apologize for losing it in the first place. The laundry was just delivered (which is fine ofcourse) but it was aggravating.

I like how private the resort is compared to other resorts.

Prices are way too high for food and drinks which pushes the customers to go out instead of staying and enjoying the resort.

The staff is extraordinary. Very friendly and helpful even for special requests. The resort is located directly at the beach. Airport is a 15mins drive away (but no disturbing by the airplanes). The breakfast buffet is really big and contains a big variety of food. Even it's a high class resort, we felt comfortable like in a family. Special thanks to our room maid Shana who did a great job. Definitively not my last stay there...

Nothing big to complain. The à la card restaurant menu should be a little bit bigger (I know the tourism slowly restarts in Bohol after the pandemic). The singer during the dinner is a nice idea, just be carefully with the volume (we sat far away from the singer and it was almost unable to understand each other). Before the pandemic there was a free shuttle to Alona beach, now it seems that the free shuttle is cancelled. I hope you will overthink that cancellation again

I did not eat breakfast, but my fiancee, her niece and my son did and they all stated the breakfast buffet was not good; actually a 'poor selection and not palatable'. However, we all enjoyed the food at the restaurant when ordering off the menu and have zero complaints there, actually praise. I absolutely loved the Pancit and chicken wing appetizer with Parm Garlic flavoring. We enjoyed the beach and paid close attention to daily tidal charts, so swam in the mornings when about 1.8-2.1 meters High Tide. I did get stung by a small jellyfish, but it was not a venomous species and pouring vinegar on the sting site helped. We also saw 2 larger species of jellyfish floating near the dock, but knew they are not dangerous, but still gave them plenty of room. We also enjoyed the pool although felt the chlorine or chemicals used were a bit high. We also stayed at the Henann Alona Beach and were out of place amongst all the South Korean guests, many of whom spent their time taking selfies and posing everywhere, which was annoying. At the Bellevue, it was more relaxed and more Filipina families, which we prefer.

Laundry Service. We used your laundry service, twice, out of necessity and spent almost 12,500 pesos, a ridiculous amount. Please offer by the Kilo laundry. We also spent a week at the Henann Alona Beach and felt it was a much better value for the cost. This doesn't mean we did not like the Bellevue, rather that for what we paid for each experience, your establishment was a clear Second Place.

It was clean and staff was very friendly. Great location if you want to have a relaxing & peaceful stay.

Our room (229) in paticular had weak water pressure & the aircon on the bedside was bearly putting out air. Also, I feel we should have been informed about the huge Camp for kids that happend from Aug 14-19. I don’t have anything against youth camps but I wish I was informed. I chose Bellevue for a peaceful getaway. Due to the camp, there was a lot of kids running around at night, a lot of people ofcourse during the breakfast buffet, etc. Bellevue should have considered it’s other guests.

The staff were very helpful, nice and friendly, the hotel was superb, but needs a bit of retouched location wise it is a bit far from the city centre but if you go there to unwind and relax it is the place to be.

The entertainers during one of the dinners, not sure because it was an open space but it was just so boring, no audience interactions or adlibs and the sound system was not good, that if you are sitting inside the restaurants a bit away from them you can never hear the songs properly. And also I find it so weird that I have to pay P350 if I want to keep my key card as a souvenir, for the price I paid for my stay would it be nice if you just give it to your customers for free if they want it.

The whole place is nice. Comfortable beds. Clean room. We got the ocean view. My family loved it. It was private and peaceful. Away from the narrow spaces and crowd in alona beach. The breakfast had a lot of variety of western and Asian even kids’ breakfast! The most memorable one was their welcome gesture. From the moment we got off our van, we immediately experienced a five star service. The staff were all extra nice. Filipino service is indeed one of a kind.

We could not swim in the ocean. Low tide most of the time and lots of seaweed and kelp. Beach activities were only in the morning during high tide. Ala carte dinner or lunch options were too pricey.
