I like the place. It's clean and refreshing.
Unfortunately the place is a bit far for me as a first timer, I didn't know the easiest way to go there. I spend almost 1k for the transportation because I don't know how to reach the place. I was calling them just to ask how to reach the place but no one answering me until I reached the place.

The location and neighborhood, value for money, new amenities and clean rooms spacious rooms, they provided additional rooms with no additional charges since the issue was from their side. Ate was very accomodating and helpful.
The AC is outdated and can not cool the whole room. We rented 2 rooms origanally both family rooms meaning large rooms. But there was an AC issue with the other one so we were given 1 family room good for 6, and two standard rooms. A regular sized AC can cool standard but not the family room. Good thing fans were provided. The bathrooms may need improvement like hooks, fixtures for toiletries. Overall, stay was ok! 👌

I like Palines Apartment because it is clean, that is the first thing I look for in a house. Then the comfort room, which is also clean. There is also a store in the place so it is easy to get anything you need.
The location is a bit far, but I chose this because it is the nearest apartment we could get near the venue of the event.

The bathroom was very clean, the room was big, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. The caretaker is very friendly. Providing our needs well every time we need something without interfering with our privacy.

Really liked the location as it is very secluded even though it's still within Metro Manila. Quaint, quiet yet close to conveniences such as Evia and Starmall Alabang. Staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Been staying here for several times now booking using Agoda and now I find an even better deal here on Booking.com

A lovely quiet location, but still some great restaurants nearby, you can order food with Grab app also, no problem, the staff were very friendly and always available for us guests, great view from the balcony and free water upon arrival, thanks! Wifi and air conditioning also worked without any issues

Superb clean. Also, spacious. You can use the ref and microwave. Also, there's a lot of sari sari store nearby. Staff is very accommodating. No cockroaches.
Location is quite far in the metro but its near in EVIA. There's no TV in the room. hard to commute if you are commuting.
