there is no elevator. not friendly to senior citizens.. sometimes the water in shower turns off. there should be holder for shampoo/ conditioner in the shower area

I will say this hotel is great value for your money. AC works, hot water works, they have a free refill water station, the beds were comfortable, rooms are quiet and the hotel was maintained well from what we saw.

As other people would say the steps can be an issue for some. We are a fit couple who love to hike for fun so the steps were totally fine for us. No big deal at all. However, if you are not in shape or have any type of injury do not book this hotel. Although I did hear that they allowed another women to upgrade her room for free so she didn’t not have to climb stairs so that was nice of the staff. We stayed 4 nights and asked for towels 3 times that never arrived at our room. We didn’t think the breakfast was worth it. There are so many other great restaurants in coron to try instead! Also bummed they don’t give free coffee. It’s nice to be provided with free coffee in the lobby but here it’s only for guests who want the breakfast which we did not like.

This was such a lovely stay. The room was very comfortable and spacious for 2 people. We didn't mind the stairs because we're a relatively fit couple, but if you aren't then ask for a room on one of the lower floors. We were on the 4th. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful and so polite and friendly. The restaurant was good too, we ate at least 1 meal per day there. The design of the place is very interesting, gives it a charming vibe. Will be staying here again if we come back to Coron.

The place was amazing, wifi worked and the pool was a great addition. Location was perfect, slightly away from the crowded streets but still with restaurants around. Staff were wonderful, bed was really comfy and it was clean.

Didn't bother us at all, and I had seem some similar reviews mentioning the stairs. Its just worth noting there is no lift and this place has tree house vibes with around 7 levels. If you struggle with stairs avoid but we loved the feel of it. They will also carry your luggage up for you.

The room was spacious and clean, we loved that there were more beds and a couch, easy when we needed to organize our things or just lay/ sit down and rewind. We loved the mini fridge and water bottles, also a possiblity to refill our water on the premises. Great little pool outside.

We tried the breakfast there and it was not the best, thought that the value for money was not there. Our room did have windows but they had staff facilities behind them, some noise too.

They upgraded our room to the "Honeymoon suite" which was very nice, clean, and quiet. The aircon was not too noisy and the shower water power was acceptable. The hotel location is quite central and close to many restaurants, diving shops, and useful shops (e.g. pharmacies). The swimming pool is small but cozy.

The terrace where the breakfast is served is quite noisy because it faces the main street which is very busy. Breakfast is served in a very slow fashion so count in 15/20 minutes and add it to your plan if you need to get somewhere on time (e.g. diving trip).

This is the place to stay in Coron. We only had a few night stay in Coron and this place made it even better. The host (Charmaine) kept making sure that everything was okay organising our transport to the airport when we were leaving, even getting us breakfast after breakfast had finished. All the staff were so friendly and couldn’t have done anything more for us. The room was fantastic and the location was brilliant. We had a quick hour in the pool on the morning we left but wish we had an extra day as the pool vibe was one of the best and most relaxed I have ever seen. When we return to Coron this will be we’re we will stay.

I loved the staff and the design of the facility. the architecture was unique and added that special touch to my stay. the view from the upper floor was incredible and the pool was an added bonus

as I get older, stairs are not my favorite but I still have the ability to climb to penthouse. elevator may be cost prohibitive but would be nice addition. also massage in the room are not the best as the pressure provided by a proper massage table is far superior, in my opinion.

aircon good, hot water for shower, staff really friendly and helped book our trips and ferry’s (which they don’t charge over the odds for and cheaper than some places in town). free water refills. about 10 mins walk to town for the restaurants and bars. can also walk to the view point maybe 30 mins.

sooooo many stairs - just be prepared and it’s ok. you’ll be helped with your luggage on the way up. had breakfast once there and it wasn’t good at all.
