Microtel by Wyndham Baguio

There is daily housekeeping, every staff we see greets and smiles at us, very friendly atmosphere, the bfast was great that they would encourage you to get or eat more lol. Its proximity to tourist spots is great. The guard on duty is always there at the entrance to welcome and assist every guest. Strong water pressure in the toilet&bath and a good heater. Blower is also available inside.

We just hope that there are readily available bedroom slippers inside the room and microwave oven for us so we can heat our food. Also, to make its price more valuable, it'll be better if the tvs will be upgraded to smart tvs so it can have apps like netflix.

I like the room and the location. Breakfast not much selection and if given a choice I prefer not to have one if I cam deduct it from the hotel fee. Love the fact that they have hot/cold water and unli coffee in the lobby. And booking.com gave us a free upgrade so we have 2 double beds. I like how the guards remember the guests and are always helpful.

I dont like that price of the room depends on the number of occupants who are more than 12yo even if they dont ask for extra bed instead of per room as long within the limit capacity of the room and they consider more than 12yo an adult when technically 19yo is considered adult. But this is not only in microtel but all hotels in baguio city. Very odd indeed.

I like that the staff are nice and accommodating. They also did an extra mile of printing our bus ticket. I also like that they have a water dispenser on every floor. Plus the ice maker. For us it is convenient as we don't need to buy water anymore. The room is cozy and comfortable. My husband and I slept well. They also gave us a complimentary cake when they knew that it was our first wedding anniversary.

No slippers are readily available in the room. The customer survey has someone written on it. Limited choices of food for breakfast, but the food was good

Very nice room and property. Location near all the activities. I would stay there again but would request the NEW BUILDING as there is a big difference between the newer building and the older rooms.

Noisey inconsiderate neighbors. Not much the hotel could do but there were various families on the floor and their children were running up and down the hall. Lots of shouting and slamming doors. I had to ask one family to please close their door because they left it open, had children, and they were all very loud. Had to sleep with earplugs at this place. I'm assuming the loud guests were all locals but can't be sure. Just too much noise. Welcome to the Philippines.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. When they saw that one us was having mobility issues, they moved us to a room that didn't need elevator or stairs access. The Filipino breakfast was great, esp the crispy dilis. Conveniently located near Victory Liner

The rooms and facilities are showing their age and could be maintained better. The first room we were in had a big round portion of the wall where the paint was cracked. The second room we were transferred to was ok

This is our first time with Microtel by Wyndham Baguio. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with my family, we had an incredible experience. The area and room are clean, the lobby smells wonderful. The complementary breakfast was also good, the taste, servings, and selection were acceptable. One thing made this hotel superb is the people. The staff from the front desk are professional, reliable, and courteous. The housekeepers greet you with a smile, even the security guards are hospitable. The location was also a big plus. We will definitely be back. Keep it up 😀

The Wi-Fi is okay, but sometimes it's cutting in and out (we stayed on the lower ground).

Location is amazing! It is just on top of the bus station, saving us time for travel. It has nearby Jollibee and 7-Eleven for easy access food and late night snacks. The room has great space. There is a sofa bed by the window, closet, and table with easy access to the electric socket. The hotel has 2 elevators so if one is busy, we can easily use the other one. Although breakfast was simple, it filled us up for the whole day excursion. Overall, great experience!

Excellent location most especially if it's your first time to visit Baguio! You can walk to restaurants, SM Baguio, Burnham Park, the Cathedral, shopping for gifts and trying out the local market. There are security guards so you feel safe. Victory Liner is also less than 1 minute walk. All staffs were very friendly including the restaurant. The restaurant closes late. Bed and amenities were excellent! There's also free filtered water for the guests in each floor.

There is free breakfast but there is not a lot of selection. Could be improved.

Its location and the accessibility we have to the places we wanted to visit. It was also very pleasing that their staff is so accommodating when it comes to our requests.

Their buffet breakfast could use some improvement. We were disappointed with the selection and taste of the food. Apart from that, we didn’t ask for our room to be cleaned but when we got back from our breakfast, the room has been tidied and towels were replaced. While I appreciate the gesture, it would’ve been better if they checked in with us first/asked permission before they proceeded.

Breakfast was great. Room was very clean and though not as big as the other hotels we’ve been to, there were plenty of spaces to store our stuff. Location was great, very accessible. Easy to park and there’s a transient place very near for drivers to stay.

We had an emergency. My sister in law needed to go to the ER. The staff was not anlento get an ambulance even though they had the numbers to diff hospitals and ambulance services. We had to use our vehicle to take her to the hospital.
