Chalet Baguio

Location - Convenient place near coffee shops and restos like Sage, Cilantro and Grumpy Joe. Walking distance from SM baguio, burnham (mejo pagod ka nga lang) and panagbenga park. 100php taxi to the baguio botanical garden Room - Value for money, really good and comfy, missing the hotel provided room slippers cause of COVID Breakfast - A-okay, I stayed alone in the hotel but my friends around Baguio would always eat with me in the morning so we can maximize the breakfast for two and the staff was always courteous to us. Staff even offered to make hotchoco for free even though its not in the buffet. Food taste good din. Though sometimes maalat. :) Staff - Really pleasant, courteous and attentive to guest

Bathroom - Don't expect much, functioning well but the shower head needs improvement, sparse water could be because the showerhead holes were clogged. No electric kettle in the room :(

The hotel needs an overhaul and upgrade. The room smells musty upon entering. Toilet needs fixing specifically the toilet bowl and flash valve. I had hoped for more counterspace in the bathroom for our essentials but could not fit in the small ledge below the mirror, there werent hooks as well to hang our clothes/towel in the bathroom. We were also placed on a street side so it was noisy i didnt sleep well. Bed not so comfy. They should have given us a consideration since we have a child with us. Closet drawer needs fixing too, it keeps on opening.

Food - I love the set of meal for breakfast. But it needs fresh juice, fruits and veggies. Staff - very accommodating, particularly guards at the parking area. I often asked them the directions. Eco-friendly hotel

Room - no electric kettle. There's a kettle in the room but no t electric. I didn't know where to get hot water. NO TEA or coffee in the room, too. Beddings - The white linen should be on top of the blacket. Not the other way. Safe - needs to update it Bed DELUXE ROOM should have queen bed option Building - near more lights at the hallway and elevator.

Good value for money and location is ideal - near restaurants and very accessible. Staff are very accommodating especially the guards on duty.

The room was to the road side and was a bit noisy. Elevators are not working (?) Sofabed and brown pillows might need some cleaning.

As soon as we arrived the staff were more than happy to help us with any questions and information. The included food was a great start to the morning and if we needed to get some where they organised it straight away. Baguio is an amazing spot and if we are ever back we will be staying here

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the room seemed to be cleaned properly. The water heater was also working properly.

Wifi could be faster and more stable. Airconditioning looks old so it wasn't as cold especially when you're in the room during the middle of the day. Buffet breakfast quality could also be improved.

Honestly the staff was friendly and the place was clean. It was diffinetly Worth the money.

The room wasn't sound proof. I can hear the people from outside the room and sometimes there is a team building at 7 pm which we had difficulty sleeping. I knew the staff couldn't do anything about it, but yeah.

it’s very near CJH and other places of interest. the staff are very helpful, with a ready smile. the guards, valet are all commendable! I only suggest that the Chalet Baguio instead of the Manila Office should be the one to handle the FB page to be more responsive to guests.

it’s old. no more dulcinea but there’s still the churros that we so love.

I liked its location, room size, breakfast buffet, aircon option even though we didnt need it, shower heater

I guess it took a while for them to reply to my queries which left me worried. definitely have to call them instead of relying on emails and such

Breakfast / Dinner was plated last Friday but it was a buffet yesterday. It was our first time in the place so we don't know the house rules for the food service. Location was accessible to other place. A few mins walk to other restaurants.
