Seda Capitol Central

Excellent restaurant. Breakfast buffet was first class. Every dish ordered over three days was very good. For example, the toasted cheese sandwich with tomato soup, which was my light lunch before leaving, was made with three different cheeses. And the French fries were dusted with parmesan.

Despite lots of them, wait staff was sometimes inattentive.

Comfortable large double bed. Strong hot water in the shower. The buffet breakfast was amazing with plenty of choices. The staff were fantastic

The fridge was not cold and struggled to keep anything cold

Fantastic location. Attended an organic farmers market and Terra Madre event which was right next to the hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Good room service. Nice & very helpful staff. Newer facilities so charging outlets on nightstand. Nice roof deck bar and resto. Central location for meetings. Parking area very accessible.

Noise from the corridor easily heard- passing guests. One night even heard snoring of the next door guest. Windows faced the beautiful Capitol Lagoon Park but needed cleaning.

Outstanding customer service by the hotel staff! My wife experienced a medical emergency that necessitated hospitalization. The hotel staff assisted by getting her blood pressure readings, providing her a wheelchair, and calling a taxi so we can go to the nearest hospital. They also let us borrow an umbrella when we toured. Aside from this, great variety in the breakfast buffet. Location is unbeatable. View of the Capitol lagoon from our room is a good bonus.

Hotel looks very new on the outside, but shows signs of slight age on the inside. Soundproofing can be improved because on our last night, the room next to us had some noisy children that we could clearly hear.

Thank you to Charlene G. of reservations and Amy of front desk and colleagues for handling our family group reservations ( combining vouchers , booking.com,connecting room requests upgrades, extra beds, and the series of multiple check ins )patiently from start to finish. I was very confident that the details were taken care of with quick replies, options and alternatives provided thereby allowing me to focus on the vacation .

I hope that the use of plastic water bottles and shampoos containers can be eliminated.Some hotels like nouveau in Camiguin already serve guests unlimited free refills of drinking water in covered glass pitchers🌸

Central location and very friendly staffs. Good amenities in room. Nice pool and great buffet choices, buffet at Seda much better than SM Mall hotel and serving staffs at Seda very responsive and helpful!

Nothing wrong with the hotel but Lacson Street traffic is horrible hard to get in and out of the hotel. Bacolod in general has a traffic problem no proper street lights or traffic lights and too many jeepneys (local buses) lots of smoke from vehicle exhaust. The city needs to control traffic issues and air quality.

Breakfast was good. Bed was somewhat comfortable. Pillows were too hard/ form.

The corridors to the rooms are dark and have a dank smell. Bathroom door has a leak. The lights in the room are too dark (feels like a serial killer’s den). The lobby has an odor that becomes more evident at night. The chairs in the lobby are dirty and stained (absolutely disgusting to sit on).

Central location of hotel, clean room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast, friendly staff, massage service.

Less common fruits other than papaya and pineapple would have been appreciated, i.e. Dragon fruit, chico, atis. Then you would know that you are in Bacolod. As of now, the breakfast in Seda Bacolod is the same as in Seda Iloilo.

Central location, excellent and helpful staffs , good buffet selections,various dishes different day. Nice rooftop venue , relax and chill in the evening. Clean and comfy room.

Bathroom did not have soap and shampoo caddy in Shower. It’s was little inconvenient, had to put shampoo bottle on shower floor.

The staff were consistently cheerful, polite and accommodating

we checked in so we can go for a swim but they closed the pool due to rain. the rain wasn’t heavy though, it was just a drizzle and yet they didn’t slow swimming. Also, they had to call our room at night to just ask what time were checking out the following day which is very strange. we appreciate the concern but for a mere question it’s really unnecessary to call.
