The lady at reception was lovely, the cleaning crew were very helpful and done an amazing job. I booked two rooms and both were nice. My sister's and I enjoyed our stay.

My sister's and I didn't like the fact we had to carry our luggage upstairs, two of my sister's are 60 + years old if it wasn't for a man we didn't know carry all our belongings up the stairs we would've been stuffed, at least put in a lift or get a bell boy.. We also didn't like the fact there was no where to cook our food we had to go by a burner to cook.. Paying $699 for one night you'd think there would be at least a cooking area.

The room was nice with a lovely patio facing the sea with seats and a table. The beds were very comfortable and we were happy with the view of the sea. The room we had had a spacious bathroom and a fridge with plates, mugs and cutlery to make your own breakfast. Reception provided milk as we needed it.

There was no cleaning agent for washing dishes and no tea towel provided to dry washed dishes.

Our room was so spacious. Having a bar, restaurant an room service is a bonus. The food was amazing our compliments to the chef. Meals were also reasonably priced. Great location an view of the beach. The beach is literally a short distance.

The room didn’t have a sink in the kitchenette. There was no dishwashing liquid to clean utensils. It wasn’t a major as we ordered room service but we ran out of knives an forks lol.

Our spacious room was on the ground floor with an outside sitting area overlooking an expanse of grass and water. The bed was comfortable and large, The room was well equipped with cutlery, crockery & a microwave. The bathroom & shower were spacious. The room was very quiet as it is surrounded by open grounds. It is between the airport and the main tourist area so you definitely need a car. We returned for a second night at the end of our visit to the Napier region as we had been so satisfied with the room and the tranquility.

had asked for early check in due to attending a concert, due to being understaffed that wasn’t able to happen but receptionist done her best to accommodate and took in bags to put in our rooms when they were ready. so understandable and grateful though we had travelled very far and early to check in early so messed up our plans a-bit, besides that happening, was a great stay and definitely will be back next concert. Booking two nights this time ✌️

Clean, modern and well equipped property with ample parking. Helpful pleasant staff. Great location.

The rooms all opened out in a U-shape. Unfortunately some guests chose to party and talk loudly from their open room until after 2am with no consideration for other guests. Obviously no staff member asked them to quieten down, maybe there were no staff onsite overnight?

Proximity to restaurants and beach and it has its own restaurant if you’re not wanting to venture out. Awesome place to stay ❤️

There was nothing that we didn’t like, amazing location and just awesome staff. I can’t speak highly enough about this motel, definitely our choice of place to stay on future visits to Napier.

Nice place in a pretty location. Clean, modern, nice balcony, staff were very pleasant. Great food in the restaurant (if a bit pricey), and other nice restaurants a short walk away.

The room had an oddly unusable "kitchen" area---kettle, cutlery, plates and a microwave. Nice idea, but it was also very cramped which made making use of it really difficult.

we stayed here for the Iron Maori Toa event. it was perfectly located at the start line. the restaurant has a great view and all staff were friendly

only that they didn’t have a toaster- but that was because we were doing an event and we got a fairly cheap one from the warehouse to use

Location was great as we were there for the IronMāori.

There was no toaster and no lift to take gears upstairs. Didn’t like that our room was so close to the restaurant and the music was really loud on Saturday night (until midnight). Next time, will look at a room at the other end of the hotel.
