311 Motel Riccarton

Location Good,located off a busy road but traffic noise no problem.

Motel had permanent residents onsite,who had young children & adults bad language was unacceptable.Owners speak very little English & communication was difficult,although they were very pleasant & sorted any room issues out quickly.Shower very small with no Sky t.v(need to update that on picture)

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and kitchen was very tidy. Car parking was provided. The location was excellent for our purpose as it was about 800 m only to UC so we walked to attend the Open Day. Close to the Westfield Mall too.

The bathroom and shower was designed for disabled person so half of the bathroom was wet after you shower. They provide bathmat though which is good to control the water splashes on the floor.

This is our favourite place to stay in all of Christchurch. All staff here are lovely. Great parking. Amazing location. Early check in. Comfortable bed. Amazing water pressure in the shower!

Bathroom could a been a bit cleaner. Mildew on the windows & dust on the towel rails/toilet roll holder. Walls were very thin & we were woken up a few times by noisey people in the room next door.

The staff here were wonderful to work with. They accommodated all our requests and ZIng was very very helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Conveniently located to airport, food outlets, supermarket and Jellie Park. Easy, convenient on-site parking for people movers. Some rooms located upstairs so make sure you ask for lower level if you cant use stairs. Easy check-in and out.

Everything was great. Next time I would ask for extra blankets for the sofa bed - was apparently a bit chilly during the night but the heat pump helped.

Very clean and neat accommodation. Quiet room inspite location beside busy Riccarton Road. Walking distance to cafes and dining. Johnny was very helpful, leading us and opening door to our 3 bedroom apartment as we had many luggages. He also gave us good transport advice.

Nothing. Everything met or was above our expectations.

Comfortable couch and bed. Quiet and tv in bedroom and lounge.

I thought the toilet area had a slight smell. It may have been from outside but it didn;t seem very fresh round the bin in the bathroom. Also the batteries in the remote in the bedroom didn't work but that didn't really matter.

After checking out, I discovered that I'd left my smartphone behind. Returned within 10 minutes; the staff had the phone AND a jacket that we hadn't realised that we had left, plus some eye drops...all in the office ready for us to collect. 100/100 for honesty, efficiency and integrity

Room seemed rather too small.... Shower and toilet excellent

Location was great for our needs Staff really friendly and helpful .

Booked a ground floor room and was put on the first floor . No sky Tv . First night we had no Tv. Thought it was a bit overpriced compared to other places we had stayed.

The rooms are always clean. The staff are always smiling. It’s close to the University and I go there to see my niece move her in the dorm etc. I also had to change my dates multiple times due to the pandemic and they never had a problem with accommodating my needs

nothing. I look forward to the road construction being done but that has nothing to do with the hotel

The room was perfect for our family. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and rhe kitchen dining area gave us space. Beds were super comfy too

Parking wasn't allocated so we didn't get the same park every time. Sometimes we had to park right down the end of the complex
