Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel Ter Borch Zwolle

The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. When we got to the hotel, the staff were welcoming us nicely with a welcome drink of our choice, while our luggage was brought up to the room. The rooms were very spacious and elegantly designed. If you come to Zwolle by public transport, the hotel is minutes away from the train station and also the city center is within walkable distance. The restaurant is top-notch and the breakfast was definitely beyond our expectations. The area where you could sit down for a drink and wind down, also literally called the “living room”, made this place feel like even more homey. Apart from that, the hotel even has a little (online) shop with a selection of home-accessories and toiletries to choose from. All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely choose to stay here again when back in Zwolle.

Everything! Firstly, it is the location. it's just 2-3 min from the train station if you manage to use the exit of the right direction. And it's just 10min walk to the old town. Secondly, everyone staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making you feel like a VIP there. Their attitudes were perfect. They remembered you and tried their best to accommodate to your needs. Really appreciate that. Thirdly, the check in and out was speedy and comfortable. There was a generous welcome drink too:) Fourthly, the interior and exterior were exquisite. Lastly, the room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed and pillows .

The carpet in the room seemed a little aged and the design of the toilet was bland compared to every other part of the accommodation.

- Staff were all super friendly and welcoming, made a very good impression when we checked in - Breakfast was brought to every room by the staff due to Corona measures. Kudos! - Breakfast was good, but not amazing. Though, even they were busy at breakfast time they still brought us extra coffee and food on our second order, real quick! - Decent toiletries - VERY comfy bed and bedding!!

- Wellness center was closed due to Corona measures - All in all a tad overpriced for what it’s worth, but I get that I paid for the availability during bank holidays - Oh the car park directly at the hotel was difficult to park+always full... - The road construction site right in front, not working during our stay but it was not easy to walk

A lovely villa set in a garden. It is close to the train station and within walking distance of town, where there are food places to eat. It has spacious rooms, big, comfortable beds, black out curtains, a coffee machine and kettle and good internet.

The room didn’t have a desk, which makes it awkward for work. There are very nice touches, but overall I thought it a bit expensive. It would have been nice if breakfast has been included in the room price. There is a small but steep set of stairs between the lift and the lobby.

A wonderfully designed hotel, cozy and vibrant in terms of atmosphere. Staff was very welcoming and kind. Loved the smell in the hallway. Excellent complimentary products in the room, superb bed, huge bathroom with lovely bath, great restaurant, spacious and comfortable sauna. I would have loved to stay there a bit longer!

The suites on 2nd floor aren't accessible for people with mobility impairments as they can be reached by stairs only, and this wasn't highlighted anywhere. It would be good to make this clear in the description of the room. I found the price of the breakfast (26 euros) excessive in the light of the offering.

Very clean and stylish. Tastefully furnished room and common zones. Even though the restaurant and bar are closed due to the Covid, they serve everything very nicely to your room.

Nothing we could remember that we didn’t like.

Staff, hotel itself, beds, everything was great. Check in process was very smooth and hassle free. We felt comfort immediately at the check in process. Welcome drink was a very nice gesture. When we told the person we are there to celebrate our anniversary, they immediately arranged some balloons and a small chocolate box with a nice card. That was a great surprise and a very thoughtful treat!

The only improvement point could be the breakfast price. Things that were served were enough and of good quality but 25 Euros per person for a breakfast is too much.

Great modern hotel, with some character and charm that made the stay perfect. The beds were comfortable, with super soft sheets. The shower was perfect and everything you needed was within arms reach. Great stay with very helpful and friendly staff.

Nothing to mention - everything was really well managed and service was super.

Pillows Grand Boutique Hotel is a very elegant hotel in a beautiful surrounding. Great rooms with all the facilities including nespresso machine. Staff very attentive. Very good breakfast. Highly recommendable

We have dinner at Coperto Restobar in the hotel. We wait more than two hours to get our meal. And the food was really disappointing. Dishes look great but we didn’t like the food.

The location, the comfort, the welcoming.

Everything perfect. Only one comment. It is unacceptable to see the waitress to step with her shoes on the bar bench to fill the wine bottle shelves, without wiping over the surface afterwards. In the same place plates and coverts were placed afterwards.
