the location is fabulous, right on the main road in the center off the central City of Zwolle. The room was large and well equipped. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was walking distance to train and attractions.
Our toilet was private, but off the hallway. Inconvenient for us older folks. The rooms are above a restaurant, there is some noise but not bad. Oddest thing is there is no one at a front desk. You wait till restaurant staff show up about 3 PM to check in, can’t leave luggage earlier no one there. After check in you have keys to come and go as you wish.

Great room in a lovely old building with lots of character. Brilliant Tapas restaurant downstairs. Situated right on the main square with numerous other restaurants and bars nearby. Friendly welcome. Street markets on several days, which were a pleasure to stroll around. Zwolle had much more to offer than we expected.

Our room was room one, which was excellent because of its size and tasteful interior. The view was very nice, on Saturday there is a market if you look down through your window. There was a minibar with drinks en snacks for free, a hairdryer and a safe.
Due to the fact the hotel is in an old building, one can hear noises , like people walking or cleaning personnel moving furniture. The hotel is unfortunately too small to organize breakfast.

It seems that booking.com did not communicate to us the the booking was canceled and we realized this only when we arrived to check in, we were lucky there was free room for us, eve though it was not the original room we booked. Shame for booking.com bur thanks for the staff in the hotel

The Hospitality from the owner and his staff very rare you get ppl in this world like them. Absolutely everything without their kindness and hospitality our trip would not have been as amazing it was .It was truly an unforgettable experience for my son and myself ,we will definitely be back see you soon and again thank you for everything .

The room was absoloutley amazing for the price. The room itself was beautiful and clean and the layout was really well thought through.
The TV didn't really work and we couldn't figure out the heating but the room did stay pretty warm without it. However neither of these things bothered us and we had a lovely overall stay

The room was spacious. Beds were very comfortable. It is located right near the center of town. The air conditioning was wonderful.
Two minor inconveniences, it was up to steep flights of stairs in the bathroom was outside of the actual suite.

Amazing hotel! The rooms were really big as well as the bathrooms, really clean and the views are lovely. Located in the exact center of the city. It’s an amazing place to go with a group of friends or family. The staff was really nice as well.
