Beachhotel Zandvoort by Center Parcs

Location is great. Close to town and right across the beach.

No air conditioning and lack of hotel laundry services.

The exterior of the hotel building is not attractive at all and doesn't seem to fit with the CP ethos to blend with nature! Along with a number of buildings on the Zandvoort's coastline, it is a bit of an eyesore. But luckily the interior is very much CP and the hotel staff contribute to a very friendly ambience, welcoming all guests. Our room was very clean and fresh, and we had a beautiful sea view. We watched the sunset, and loved falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea. We extended our check-out time very easily, and transitioning from the hotel to our VIP cottage in the park was managed seamlessly, all staff being very professional and very helpful. The market dome is really bright and cheerful, and staff are very helpful in the shops. The ATM worked a treat :-)

The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is located perfectly and you can reach everything within short walking distance. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The view of the ocean is truly perfect! It’s easy to find your room. The breakfast was very delicious.

The windows weren’t all that clean which made it hard to watch the ocean with closed windows. The floors were a little dirty but that didn’t bother us. Even tho the breakfast is super delicious, it’s pretty hard to get to the foods because of millions of people just standing in your way. Price-performance ratio is therefore a little unrealistic because it seems too pricey for what you actually get.

Myself and my Partner liked everything! The hotel is so handy, close to train station, right in front of the beach and with a short walk to the village. There is fridge, kettle and a dolce gusto coffee machine in the room and this is great. Delicious breakfast, amazing view from the room too. Shout out to the front of house host, Christa!! What a lovely lady, she is very friendly, helpful and also gives you great recommendations to how to make the most of your stay in the hotel and also how to enjoy Zandvoort village. Christa, please, keep it up with your good humour and with your friendly warm welcome to the guests, it makes a big difference to your guests experience at the hotel!! 😀

Maybe breakfast could be bit cheaper as it can be a bit pricey if you stay for more than 2 days, but nothing else to complain.

The location couldn't be better, sitting between the camping site and the beach connects the best worlds for the holidahs. The activities for kids at the campsite were also well organised and fairly priced. Aqua mondo and jump square/ indoor playground were also great for my 5 year old.

Some of the cleaning staff leaves unpleasent smell. I would expect a bit more hygiene from the cleaning workers.

Amazing location! The room was spacious and the view lovely. All rooms have an ocean view I believe. CP is unbeatable when it comes to amenities. It is great value to have the pool and indoor playground (Baluba) included in the very reasonable room price. The hotel is also an easy walk from the Zandvoort train station. The staff at the check in desk was vry friendly and helpful.

There were some miscommunications with/between staff. We were told the room was ready and provided with the room number and bracelets, but when we came upstairs they were still cleaning the room and brusquely told us we were not permitted to even leave our bags and that it was not possible we were given bracelets (it was, I was wearing it). Most of all, there was a distinct sewer smell emanating from the toilet.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, bathroom very good. Nice view of the beach. Nice base for a couple of days exploring with my son.

Didn't use too many of the facilities, but the pool etc was very good, particularly for kids. Having stayed at Center Parcs in the UK you'll find it a different experience, a lot more open, and the pools a lot smaller.

The spacious room. The beach right in front of the hotel and with its many good eateries. The great sea view from the room. The breakfast was really good, i can recommend the sausages and the waffles and most importantly: it was delicious. Aquamundo was real fun, especially the wildraft.

If i have to nitpick, it would be the (fresh) stains on the coffeecups and the hair string left in the tall waterglass. We didn't use the coffee facilities but cleaning could pay more attention to that.

After changing our plans last minute following a 7-day stay in a Centerparcs VIP cottage (highly recommended!), we booked this hotel again for one night. We had a sea view room, quiet and clean environment and access to all CP activities. Had a great night's sleep too. Staff all really helpful and friendly.
