this is a mini studio hotel where u need to do self check inn .the room is typical dutch style with stairs to use.the facility has the all tools to manage yourself.the bed is comfy the tv was installed in the board where automated turns up down as per ur perferance.there is fridge and kitchner coffee machine kettle

The room is exceptionally well appointed with a spacious mini kitchen and both indoor and outdoor dining areas. The kitchen had a microwave, an oven, induction plates, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and plenty of crockery, glasses, etc. The bathroom had plenty of towels, toiletries and even a great hair dryer.

We booked our room at the more centrally located Novallure City, but was moved here due to a double booking. It makes the travelling times slightly longer if you have to be in Den Haag Central, like we did, but the tram station is only about 200m away and these run regularly. This is also one of the disadvantages we had to deal with - the room is incredibly noisy, with noise from the tram, passage and neighbours being quite disruptive.

Location was excellent right in the middle of the city & close to all amenities. Room was stylish and well appointed with kitchette, etc. Bathroom was fitting with modern style. Good natural light with large windows.

Stairs to access room were exceptionally steep/shallow and hard to navigate. Room lacked airconditioning forcing me to keep the windows open cool the room. This lead to a LOT of street noise all through the night due to location, making it difficult to sleep.

The location is really great, right on the shopping street, close to major sightseeing, restaurants and the Hague Central station. The room was very stylishly furnished and clean. The bed was comfortable. Communication with the hosts was fast and efficient.

- It was very noisy at night, as it was Friday and Saturday evening. So, when you are booking, take some earplugs, they helped me sleep. - I would have appreciated a shower door. - The room was rather cold for me, but this might be a cultural thing :)

Great central location to all the shops, Bars and restaurants. Bed was comfortable and shower nice.

Was aware of the stairs however they are very narrow and didn't realise we would be on the third level. The toilet space is small so be aware if you have long legs.

Location great, clean, stylish, could not fault it.

You MUST put a door on the toilet. Why on earth does it not have one? Everything else was genuinely nice. You should not have to go for a walk when your partner wants to go to the loo..

Very comfortable room with all the listed amenities. Had everything I needed and was clean and central in the city.

The shower in my room (room 4) wasn’t hot, only lukewarm.

location was great, good amount of facilities in small apartment, good value for money.

crockery was dirty and floor was dusty so we had to re clean in places as soon as we arrived

Perfect location, easy to get in and fast reply if you have questions.

the beds are way to soft, and twin bed is moving a part while sleeping. I wouldn’t recommend rooms to street, a but loud at night

Really clean and comfortable. Great location.

The illumination of the mirror was too bright and with not closing bathroom your room was flooded with blue light all night.
