Hotel Restaurant 't Trefpunt

We stayed here for a night to visit the Netherlands a bit. For us was just good to stay a night and sleep, the room was pretty okay, everything was clean and everything worked in the room. The personnel were really kind, they showed us around when we checked in and made everything clear on the first moment! All in all, it was a pleasant stay and a good night's sleep before going further into our excursion!

There were no instructions in the room, the Wi-fi password is all around the building, but most hotels have a little instruction book with important information which we missed having, because honestly we did not pay attention to every detail in the building on our way into our room, so a guest information book would really help!

Check-in was efficient and staff were friendly. Rooms are well insulated against sound as you could here some activity why in the hallway, but no noise once inside the room. The room had a bed, a desk, chair, nightstand, night lamp, fan and TV, but no kettle or cutlery. The bathroom was very spacious, neat and clean. The interior is not fancy, but fair enough for the price.

The television signal strength was not good. There were constant interruptions on the screen. After switching the receiver's power on and off at the power socket in the wall, the problem was solved.

The room was pleasant and comfortable. The restaurant was very good and so was breakfast.

There was no air conditioning although the fan in the room did a good job. For some reason the TV was put on top of the cupboard and it wasnt very convenient to watch.

My main course for dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Off street parking behind the hotel was handy, as was direct access to the hotel from the parking. Overall a very enjoyable stay with a warm welcome.

When I finished eating my main course in the restaurant nobody came to enquire if I wanted anything else - I may have had something but as I did not know what was on offer I left after 20-25 minutes.

Nice location in the town centre with a good bar for lounging with a drink and a snack. The breakfast was magnificent - best of my week long tour of the Netherlands.

The room was more motel than hotel but perfectly adequate and spotlessly clean.

Warm, clean comfortable room. I chose the budget single but was pleasantly surprised by the size of it. The negative reviews were totally incorrect. As for the owner and the staff, they were extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't eat there, however the menu had a nice selection and was very reasonably priced.

The staff at reception was very helpful when I asked about a phone charger, I left mine home, so he lent me one I could use. This was very helpful, thanks!

The room was very basic and the bed small.

Hotel check in was quick and smooth. And one of the servers at the restaurant was so nice to our kids! Would highly recommend this place!

The hotel is in the the city center. The street are not to busy so it stays quiet inside the room. The restaurant serves good food. Good breakfast buffet
