Centric location, good size on the rooms and nice design. Friendly staff.

-If stairs are a challenge for you or if you have heavy luggage, this is a no go. Like many of the older buildings, the stairs here are steep and narrow. -Whenever other guests were in the hall outside of our bedroom, we could hear everything very loudly. - There's no safe in the rooms and no "do not disturb" sign. We asked that our room wouldn't be entered, for the safety of our things, but I think they didn't understand us, because they entered to do the rooms every day. Nothing happened anyways and it seemed like a safe place, but still something to consider if you have valuables with you.

Check - in after hours: might be a bit technologically demanding, but the Personel will assist you for sure if you have issues Steep stairs: an issue only if you have a really big and heavy luggage. But maybe the Personel has a solution, we just didn't ask Bikes overnight storage: we forgot to ask in advance about it. Seems there is no place on site (but please ask the Personel). Still, we used a public bike parling at the train station just 10 mins walk away.

A perfectly functional room in the center of Breda. The room was very well cleaned and perfectly comfortable if a bit small. Nevertheless, well equipped for arranging luggage and hanging coats. The beds were on the firm side, but we prefer that. The area is near to some of the bars, but far enough away down the street that we didn't have any problems with noise from the outside. And it was rather convenient to be able to walk out and be around the corner from some very nice restaurants.

It was perfectly suited for our short stay and there's nothing we didn't like. Arriving after 18:00 was not so straightforward, but the hotel accommodated us and we had no trouble. We did not try the breakfast.

Great non-chain hotel, ideally located in the heart of the city, very friendly staff. Nicely decorated, contemporary feel. The breakfast was very nice as well for the price!

Luckily we didn't suffer too much from the acoustics but for light sleepers it could be a bit noisy (busy terrace next door and busy cafes in the neighborhood) Also be warned that the stairs are very steep (it was not a problem for us)

Perfect location - in the main city centre. Spacious double bedroom. Room is very clean and tidy. 10 minutes walk from the metro train station. Shops, stores, restaurants, cafés and sightseeing places within close minutes walk. Kettle, with tea, coffee and milk in my room.

The stairs are extremely narrow. No lift but it was fine for me as a solo traveller with very light luggage.

Very welcoming and cosy hotel. Comfortable rooms, great location, nice breakfast. We had a great stay here. The stairs are a bit steep so keep that in mind if you have any mobility issues.

The ventilation in the bathroom could have been better. Everything stays wet for a long time after showering. (Bathroom was very nice, modern and clean so no issues there :) )

Super cosy hotel in the heart of the city. This can though be a bit of a problem in the night. Get a little bit noisy with all the party people. But it was definitely worth it. Extremely nice staff, comfortable and clean room, huge variety of cafes and restuarants around, and this feeling time shift that you get from such fantastic old buildings. Room looked much better in reality than on pictures. Very good breakfast in the foyer. Good option for those who prefer small cosy hotels with home feeling. Fantastic irish pub on the other side of the road.

Great hotel. The hotel crew is very welcoming and helpful. ++ the check-in was very easy and facilitated. I arrived early and I recieved already my key. I went walking in the city and the crew offered me To directly take my bags in the room when it was ready. The room is very cosy. The hotel have a pub if you are interested.

The wifi connection was a bit slow.

The host was super nice and professional. We arrived soaking wet doing a bicyle trip along EV4. Although in the middle of the city, the hotel could store our bicyles safely. Breakfast & coffee: splendid!, Our Room: Large & clean with high quality bathroom!

Our room had no nice view and at night you might hear the city noises. Both something okay for us and totally within the expectations.
