The atmosphere inside and outside is really nice. I liked the style (picture and color) in the room, the four windows going towards the river and landscape. The "help yourself to drinks" downstairs, the breakfast, also the facility to sit and have your drink outside or in the comfortable terrace under a roof. We had two single beds which you could leave together or pull apart (I found mine a little small, but for my friend it was just right). The half hour walk along the Vecht to aperitif and dinner is beautiful.

It is a great place to have dinner outside when the weather conditions are good. The rooms are spacious and the bed is really comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a fine selection to start the day properly. We loved the location by the river and the beautiful vista of the landscape. We were there with our 10-months old son, which was not an issue at all. The staff made sure he was comfortable and as the room was spacious there was enough room for him to crawl around. Although it is perhaps slightly remote, you are not far away from Amsterdam or Utrecht.

There was not much not to like. You do have to take into account that it is an older building and hence the windows are difficult to open or to close, and small things like that. Because it is by a river, you also need to take into account that there will be mosquitos.

The place is very cosy and the room had a great view of the river and boats going by. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They always greet us with a smile in their face and we felt very comfortable. The breakfast is also excellent. We will come back and hopefully next time we will have a better weather

Great location, our room has two windows with riverview. Great shower. Hosts were excellent.

It is advertised as bed and breakfast, which means that breakfast is included; this was disappointing when we were asked if we needed breakfast and how much extra it was. The breakfast was great by the way.

A beautiful property in a stunning location right on the river bank. The room was very well appointed with everything you need. The breakfast was excellent. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful giving advice on nearby attractions. I highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.

- Very nice breakfast, with fruit, yogurt, pastries, bread, meats and cheeses. We were in the attic apartment, and due to COVID it was brought up to our room both mornings. - The apartment is really great for families. Our kids slept in one room and we slept in the other room. - Staff was friendly. - Loved the fridge downstairs where we could grab beer or wine; we didn't feel like doing groceries on our trip, and it was nice to have those options. (For a surcharge) - The terrace looks amazing. The weather wasn't good enough to sit, but I'd love to try that. - Playground for the kids. - Beautiful location, beautiful old building.

- Each bedroom in the apartment had a separate key. No option to lock the front door to the apartment. This felt weird at night, when we locked the kids in their bedroom. We actually ended up sleeping with the kids' door locked but our door wide open, so we could hear them if they needed anything in the night. Probably not super secure. Would like the option to be able to bolt the entrance to the apartment for the night.

The location is perfect, breakfast was really nice and well served, room good and beds comfortable and staff really nice.

I asked for a bottle wine or prosecco at the room and they upgrated that to champagne, without consultation and I had to pay 50 euro's with checkout: bit strange. Rooms are noisy, but understandable. For rest all good!

Nice spacious room & great location along the river. All basic amenities available including wine glasses, mini fridge and coffee/tea facilities.

The bathroom radiator was very rusty and overall the bathroom is very basic (there is nothing in place to block water from splashing out of the shower for example)

Nice big room with a view across the road to the river. Handy to have a bar and restaurant on-site.

Bathroom was shared with other rooms but lucky for us we were the only ones staying.

A historical building, big rooms, nice people

You can hear the neighbours talking. But most of the time when I stayed there, people were very quite.
