The view from the balcony was beautiful! Room was spacious and comfortable. Really nicely decorated. A lot of options at the breakfast buffet. Jacuzzi is nice!

The pool was one of the reasons we booked. We enquired before about the pool temperature and were told it was swimming temperature but it really wasnt. More like a plunge pool. Especially disappointing because we enquired before. Also thought it was strange good coffee was only available for an extra charge at breakfast.

The hotel offered beautiful views. Food was excellent and the service was top notch. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The heating in the large pool was not working, so the kids could only use the spa. One of the reasons we had booked the hotel was for the heated indoor pool.

We arrived with an extra person than what was booked online. We were not trying to fraudulent, the website just would not let us input an extra person. When I explained the situation at reception, it was very swiftly remedied and we were also given a complimentary upgrade. The views from the room balcony or the breakfast terrace is to die for. There was not a single cloud in sight to block the view of the mountain range. It was majestic. The rooms were very clean and the staff very attentive and polite. The breakfast and the lunch buffet is also very scrumptious. Breakfast was complimentary and the lunch buffet price was very reasonable.

The hotel car hire/taxi is a tiny bit on the steep side of things but we avoided this situation by walking down to the main town centre (5 mins) and flagging a local taxi.

Very cozy, quiet, soulful place, and even with a breathtaking view of the mountains! 😍 At your hotel, time has stopped for my husband and me. The sockets in the hotel are not very convenient for Europeans need adapters.

The location, kindness of the staff and rooms were absolutely outstanding. The hotel itself is a bit worn out and would use a touch of fresh paint, but this is so minor compared to the feeling and you walk out with. All staff was kind and attentive, the views unbeatable, rooms with lots of light and spacious, extra large comfy beds. The surroundings are fantanstic, huge well kept garden that makes you feel peaceful in a buddhist sanctuary. Last but not least, the newly open Spa was a 5- star experience. We stayed for 2 days and I have been at a massage treatment both days, felt reborn after. Highly recommended. The therapists are kind and professional. Big thanks to Sumi and the whole wonderful Team ;-)

Croissants. But who wants to eat them in Nepal anyway, with all the fabulous local food!

A great location and many facilities. We arrived early and they accommodated us. Manager was very keen to ensure we had a good experience. Restaurant had a wide variety of food options and everything we had was good. Room was spacious and good with a large balcony area with great views.

Overall the resort was a bit tired and dated and needed some renovation. No elevators so you must be able manage stairs. Probably not a good Resort if you have mobility issues.

Staff were very nice and answered any queries we had. We booked massage too and it was lovely! Just a little noisy at the massage as they were doing work right outside. We also had food at the hotel and enjoyed it with lots of to choose from.

The swimming pool needs an update on the tiles etc and it wasn’t heated as advertised.

The spa and massages were fantastic! Thanks to the team, Sumi, Shymala, Kobi for relieving all our aches in our bodies. They also instructed us on yoga in the morning. Prices were reasonable. All other staff were polite and friendly. You can see sunrise and the mountains from your balcony. Fantastic!

The furnishings were a bit old and aircon is leaking. Food choices were limited and pretty expensive.

The property has excellent staff who are very polite and accommodating. They gave us a full refund for cancellation due to our date change due to elections in Nepal. Later we booked the place again. The whole hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and very neat. We also enjoyed the library and table tennis there. I would highly recommend the place if you want to stay there for a couple of nights.

Unlike other facilities, the buffet did not match our expectations. The restaurant was hygienic and has good ambiance but the food did not taste good at all. Also the taxi booked through the hotel staff is significantly overpriced compared to average Nepal taxi fares.

Nice hotel facilities like outdoor garden ... Swimming pool.. sauna. Library. Can feel the zen and peace inside the hotel Proximity to central and trails Room and facilities are well maintained Can see sunrise from room and sunset from rooftop

Bathroom look aged Towel is not clean .would recommend to inspect first before use. No smart tv function .cannot watch YouTube
