First of all, Karen (the receptionist) is the kindest staff member I have experienced in Mexico. She has been incredibly helpful, supportive and the communication was great! The studio was clean, everything was working, huge TV, AC and the bathroom was a great size. The location was perfect. It was right in the city centre with access to the best restaurants and food trucks right around the corner. You also had access to a very big supermarket and 2 smaller ones. The pool area was great. Super cozy especially in the evenings, and if you’re looking to get a tan in a private secluded area, this is the right place (there’s nobody around and the sun kisses your skin right from above). Overall, I am incredibly happy with my stay. I ended up extending it for longer, and the next time I’m in Tulum i’ll stay here again! :)

There’s only one small window, so the ventilation was limited, but it’s very private so I kept the door open and had no problems with that!

Great location and yet the room itself was very quiet. Great TV, slept well in the bed, cooked our own food so was able to be there for 10 days without it costing too much at all. Location was amazing, short walk to grocery store, OXXO a block away, great vegan food truck a block away, good barber too. Didnt need to taxi while we were here. Staff had great communication and the room was cleaned every two days and if you ever needed anything else, response to WhatsApp was lightening fast.

Minor complaint is that the sink was a little small to wash dishes in without splashing and the shower wasn’t high pressure.

Fantastic Location. It's in the heart of Tulum so you're close and handy to everything. Yet not next to any noisy clubs or bars so you dont hear any of that. The pool in the rooftop is amazing! definitely a nice plus

The bathroom was a bit of a disappointment. Clogged shower heads and bad pressure and it smelled of sewage. My coins kept disappearing from the tables upon visits from the cleaners. Not sure if they though they were tips, but if it's not expressly stated, they shouldn't be picking up guests money.

Our room was huge, and the pool on the rooftop was lovely! It is on the Main Street and has an underground parking lot which was very handy for us. It is a short stroll to lots of bars, restaurants and bike rental places.

It is not a hotel but an aparthotel, this isn’t entirely clear. Our room was not cleaned once during our stay here, and we had to ask for more toilet paper (which was promptly delivered), but it would have been nice for someone to have come in during our stay.

Spacious central apartments located on the main street with a pleasant rooftop pool. The mezzanine one bedroom apartments may be a little dark for some as there is no direct sunlight from windows but the location and pool facilities make up for this if you are only staying for a few nights. Surrounded by bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes walk from Tulum bus station. 30-40 minutes walk from the archaeological site or the beach front, bikes can be hired from plenty of shops on the main road.

The apartment was a great size for two people and potentially 3. Loved the full sized mirror and access to a window. The room was very clean, the bathroom was lovely and the location was great. We were a 10 minute walk from tulum centro touristic area. We are also an easy walk to ADO bus terminal. Absolutely loved that I was able to WhatsApp the staff for any room cleaning.

The cups and dishes are counted. I wish there was at least access to 4 cups, mugs, spoons, forks etc. I would have my friend BYOC (bring his own cup) when he would come over. Wish the sink was slightly bigger. The handle for my sink was in front of the spout so it made it harder for me to wash the dishes in a small sink.

Private apartment with well equipped kitchen, reliable wifi, working hot water and air-conditioning, lots of space, nice rooftop, excellent location a short walk from heart of downtown area. Very comfortable stay and homebase. Staff was extremely helpful and spoke english

Room is a bit dark and was a bit difficult to find the location and doesn't look nice from outside

I liked EVERTHING about this studio. Excellent Location in downtown which is walking distance to everything. Very spacious studio, amazing friendly staff. Modern appliances with a safe to secure your valuable stuff. Netflix is available in the studio. Great value of money comparing to other places in Tulum.

The frequency of cleaning the studio as I had to request to be cleaned during my 6 days stay. No sun enters the studio.

Great apartment. Very spacious clean and modern. Would stay again! Pool on roof was a nice bonus. Main street and close to shops and restaurants. Huge bed and very comfy!

A couple of nights there was some loud music from nearby clubs/hotels but it is Tulum and that is found almost everywhere.

The location was awesome. Close to a lot of restaurants so we could enjoy the area walking around. Everything it was described when I booked it was right. The host was nice and very helpful. She made sure I knew how to get there.

The A/C was making a weird noise when the "wing" was directing up. The shower is not the best, it wouldn't hurt to replace it. Toilet paper was also not the best, and not enough. But even with those smalls things we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
