Hotel Hacienda Cancun

This hotel is a good option for a one-night stopover in Cancun if you are taking the ADO bus to other locations. The hotel is a 10-minute walk to the ADO bus station and there are several good restaurants nearby. The staff are very kind and helpful. The air-con works well. The pool looked good but we weren't there long enough to use it. We felt very safe in this hotel.

The bathroom is very small and has very little air flow. The beds were not very comfortable. However, it is a very good price for a hotel room in Cancun in a good location, so it is good for one night.

Booked last minute here after rain spoiled my plans of visting Isla Holbox. Stored my bags until room was ready. Night staff was great. Pool looked great but I did not get in. Saw Jose on night shift work incredlibly hard to help a turkish family find formula for their baby through the use of hand signals and google translate. Was very pleasant to see

Bathroom roof leaked for 2 mins during rainstorm then stopped and didnt leak the rest of my stay.

did everything you need for a night or two's stay, rooms are basic but comfortable and spacious. Clean and just a few minute walk to downtown, felt very safe

aircon was a bit noisy, was fine for us as we were jet lagged and passed out but could get a bit annoying if staying for longer

I liked the location of the property. Front desk person always helpful and available for assistance in any question you may have. Be mindful this is their native country, so be respectful in communication, have the translator app on your smart phone or learn a few Spanish phrases or words to help out in conversing.

Sometimes the people in the swimming pool area not being mindful of other hotel guests, no need in being loud or obnoxious. Hotel receptionist shouldn’t have to baby sit adults too.

Perfect location for the Ado station. There are convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Hotel felt safe. Nice pool.

Shower wasn't good. Only 2 sunbeds at the pool. WiFi didn't work in our room. It would have been nice to have a shared fridge in the outdoor kitchen

It's a basic room not far from ADO bus terminal. In the area there are restaurants and shops to buy food. Aircon works fine.

Good location, stayed one night after our king flight before heading to Playa del Carmen. Very nice staff and good value for money

No fridge in the bedrooms

Location was great. Bathroom was all right and the beds are just fine. Air conditioning was a must to use.

Moisture in the room, room size was too small for three persons. No breakfast at hotel...

Super clean. Modest facilities and super great location in the heart of Cancun (walking distance to Mercado 28, pharmacies, great local restaurants like "La Parrilla", "100 Natural", etc)!! Initially we stayed on all-inclusive hotels (hotel strip) but this little hotel was a great surprise with welcoming staff, super clean and all u need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended 👌

I really like the bedroom was 2beds, we were only 2 so it was like having a King size bed. Was very clean and spacious.

Only the WiFi because it's only for the open areas of the hotel you can't use it in your bedroom
