Internet connection in the room was very good !! It has its own modem which makes it very stable.

Pool area not clean and looking old

The hotel is really nice, well decorated, the room is spacious, staff is friendly and helpful, it is not a busy hotel so you get more personal experience. The location can't be better you can walk to many places near by. Which made it convenient for meals

The room seemed to not had been properly cleaned or at least not for a while there was dust behind the doors (I am allergic, so I pick up very quick on this) While the pool is really nice, water was way too cold. our idea was to spend a day at the pool we just dip for a few minutes because it was hard to stand the temperature.

The hotel is well located. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a small hotel, so it feels intimate and calm. The room has a good size and is well-equipped for a short stay. It also has a pool, which is excellent for hot, sunny days.

I don't know if the rooms' quality and service make it an actual "boutique" hotel. It was a regular 4-star hotel with nothing outstanding. The bathroom felt a bit dark and not taken care of. The room door didn't feel so secure either.

Location is superb. You got everything you need around plus is not on a main street which makes the property a quiet one. Staff is very kind. Did not try the breakfast. Room has what I need it Bed Bath and Desk. Internet worked perfectly.

Pillows were kind of hard for me. Since my room was close to the garden and pool, so there were a couple of mosquitos in the room but not for a long time ;)

Overall, this is a good choice for leisure and business trips. The location is excellent. There is a big shopping center with Starbucks, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. where you can get anything you need. The staff are very helpfu, and even upgraded without charging it. The room is well cleaned every day.

The TV didn't work...it seems that signals didn't reach. Also, the bathroom needs a little bit of maintenance. The mirror is placed on the floor, but it should be put on the wall.

The location is great, walking distance to the shopping center nearby so close to stores, restaurants, and laundry place. The place is pretty quite and comfortable. The pool area is very comfortable to sit down and read or listen to music. The room is very comfortable. TV worked great as well as the AC. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My room was basically in the reception area so it was a bit noisy with people going in and out but when I asked to switch to a quiter room, the staff was very accommodating.

I really liked the fact that it was a small hotel, very cozy and confortable. The staff was friendly and always available.

The breakfast, although paid separately, had little variety. I think it could be better. My room didn't have a safe and it would be nice to have one.

You can find everything nearby such as restaurants, bars, shopping centers, so you never get bored. The room is comfortable enough to have a good rest thanks to involuntary upgrade by the hotel. Thank you!

Our room was in front of the street, and neighbors started to clean up the street very early. Also, the noise of opening the parking gate woke us up.

the services and location is very good, the staff all of them were very polite and helpful. The hotel is near everything

the room looked old, carpet and toilet wasn’t very clean, bed and pillows are so hard and uncomfortable

This time they gave us the room as it looked like on Booking and it was bigger than the other one. But we only spent one night at the hotel! Hope they had gave us this type of room in our 3 night stayed a few days earlier... Breakfast continues to be delicious, location is great, beds are very comfy. And if you bring a car and there is no space for it in the parking lot, you can leave it on the street. It's going to be ok. I had to left it outside and everything was fine.

The rooms have carpet so the cleanliness is not so good. And the lamps doesn't work. Besides that, no complaint.
