- excellent service - beautiful side setting - restaurant on side - big clean room with a high ceiling - balcony and a hot tub - very nice air conditioning system - variety of nature within the complex (Big Ara parrots, lots of beautiful plants) - very friendly and helpful staff - pleasant swimming pool - comfortable location if you want to visit Palenque archeological site

- few parking places in a shade, the car got way too warm staying at +40 outside - the swimming pool is nice but a bit small for the amount of guests - there was almost no hot water in the shower

The location of the hotel is very good, right next to an ecopark and close enough to the ruins. The hotel is so Beautiful with a lot of nature in it and surrounding it. We heard the howling monkeys every night and day, even saw a family of them jumping across the trees in the hotel it was incredible. The rooms are very spacious and clean, there is a hammock which is very nice to relax after a whole day in the jungle. The people working at the hotel are very kind and helpful. Everything was just amazing,.

We loved every single thing but the only thing missing is warm/orange lights to add to the magic of the hotel

The location is fab, the hotel in the middle of the jungle, we saw (and heard :)! )some monkeys, parrots, agoutis… it was just nice to wonder around in the alleys. The rooms are little bungalows, a bit dated but very clean and with great showers, AC, comfortable beds (separated and unmovable though), hammock outside… All the staff was really nice and accommodating. The pool and the pool area are great, surrounded by massive beautiful trees. The food at the restaurant was correct but not amazing, they did great cocktails though! The place is 5min by car from the park’s entrance. We would definitely go back!

Some customers were pretty noisy at the pool and a bit rude to the staff, some others were putting their music at the pool. Nothing the staff could do about, but it really broke the peaceful atmosphere of the place

My partner & I loved our stay here. The location was amazing, being surrounded by nature and seeing howler monkeys, lizards and parrots in their natural habitat. This hotel was excellent value for money, the rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Each room has a hammock outside to relax on the terrace. The pool was lovely on the really hot days to relax and take a dip. The food was beautiful and the staff were happy to help with any request. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a memorable stay

Beautiful hotel with bungalow style rooms in a jungle setting. It felt like you had your own space, loud jungle noises, birds and such made it feel intimate. The rooms are large and everything worked well in the bathroom, good AC. The restaurant was good not gourmet but you could have a filling meal. The pool was small but nice.

I would have liked better curtains as they were very thin and sunlight and outdoor lighting kept the room lit. The room was big with very little furniture it did not have a good place to sit or put your things down. Maybe a couple of places to hang a towel. I admit that these are all extras, the location of the hotel makes up for all of these, but these things may have brought my rating up to awesome.

Beautiful grounds; my wife stated that she was moving there and not leaving. Spacious room; same level throughout room (no step up/downs) in room. Hammock on porch. Howler monkeys, sereques, birds and lizards. Great thunderstorm one night. My wife slipped on the wet Moho morning sidewalk; when we returned that day, the grounds keepers were pressure washing and applying chlorox to fix the situation. We were impressed Great Margaritas!

Spa was not open (staff on vacation).

Our bungalow was comfortable, spotlessly clean with air-conditioning and very comfortable bedding. The gardens are beautiful and we saw monkeys, toucans, squirrels and even an agouti right there. The restaurant is pleasant and the food is pretty good.

Our bungalow was situated very close to the pool and at times it got a bit noisy. Fortunately the pool closes at 21h. It's a pity that the pool overlooks the parking lot.

Beautiful surroundings and nice swimming pool. Just across the Aluxes Ecopark which is definitely worth a visit. The food at the restaurant was also pretty good and not expensive, which was very convenient with the evening rain. The reception was very helpful in allowing us to store our bags on arrival and after check-out which was very convenient because we both arrived and left again with night busses.

Pool was perfect temperature. Staff happily carried our bags to our room. Howler monkeys right over our room! Loved the hammock! Room was very large, nice walk-in shower and huge dressing area.

Would have enjoyed a small refrigerator in our room. Each cup of ice we bought at the restaurant to chill the bottled water in our room cost 20 pesos. 😔 Female attendant who served the ice had a bad attitude.

Beautiful hotel with separate lodges in a jungle environment. Close to the Maya temples. Large room with good airco and bath room. We had dinner twice and quality was very good. We enjoyed the swimming pool which was designed in a special way so it ended on an edge.

The deck chairs at the swimming pool are stylish but not comfortable. We prefer the traditional ones.
