Motel Reno

Liked the obvious cost under $50 US, parking right next to my room, clean facilities and friendly staff. The misteriosa seafood truck around the corner, mini market to grab stuff and take advantage of mini fridge. Beds were nice and firm. Location was literally at crossroads to travel towards Downtown, Rosarito/Ensenada, La Mesa de Tijuana and couple of streets away from heart if Zona Rio.

I payed cash couple of days in advance since I'm local, didn't use card for deposit or anything but wasn't told that I had to leave a $500 peso deposit upon check in. To get deposit back a staff member has to inspect the room first. If I'd known this I would've checked out a little earlier because friends were waiting on us for breakfast a couple of miles away.

The room and restroom were very clean. You could smell the cleaning products used. The mattress was very comfortable. They made sure to give us clean towels daily as we stayed 3 nights. We had warm water always for our showers. The room had an iron, small ironing board, microwave & small fridge available. I would stay there again.

I stay alot in Mexico and for the price its was decent clean . Really like how parking was on site i could see my car. Also had a tiny refrigerator and microwave.

Only bad thing i would have to say is the bed was so uncomfortable. The mattress was alright. The bed frame itself was broke the bed would move the slightest movement. Super annoying and when I tried to fix the bed there was holes behide the bed on the wall.Couldn't see the other room but still holes behide the bed freck me out. Room 51

I didn't like the idea of having to give 500 pesos when checking in so I wouldn't smoke in the room. But I guess it works for them . Most people stay outside for long periods of time so they can smoke. I got it back no problem. But I think they should have smoking rooms

Value here is hard to beat, friendly and helpful staff, extremely clean. Safe and secure off street parking, area is safe and quite comfortable for walking. For myself, I am having several major dental procedures performed in Tijuana over the next 5 months which will nessitate ongoing appointments. We wouldn't hesitate a moment to rebook Motel Reno for upcoming visits and would feel confident enough from our experience to refer this facility to family or friends.

Hard to find the location of this facility, however, once found you'll realize there are many good restaurants and conveniences close by. Our strong advice to avoid getting completely lost as we did, 1) plot your directions carefully, 2) map them out in advance, 3) pay carefull attention to where you're driving and where you've come from.

Very clean, breakfast included in cafe nearby, wonderful personal and location. We were here with spouse, we saw families with children. Price is affordable , safety place

Wi-fi is slow, but for messengers it's ok

It's a nice clean place. No frills but everything you need. Mini fridge, microwave, clean linens, cable T.V., . In addition it is surrounded by many good places to eat, including the deli that provides service to the motel. The staff was friendly and efficient. It is dog friendly

The internet is a bit slow. The Motel is a little noisy because it is located between two busy streets. Other than that very pleased.

Very affordable, was clean, staff was helpful and friendly, comfortable stay.

Some cars got broken in to near the office... Housekeeping went in to my room to clean without permission when i would leave but did call when i was there... Not too much. Of a big deal just didn't like it.

The peace and comfort

I didnt like Customers rudness to staff,, I am very pleased with Receptionist Patricia she is excellent in customer service, I was able to observe her patient to a Customer that was complaining about something and she was calm and guiding him how to provide a complaint, regardless of the customer's rude attitude and insisting in put very bad reviews about her, in any moment she lost her cool and was humble. Beside is the most affordable and safe place to stay. Thank you

Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Unfortunately I had some health issues, needed their help, and they really did help me with everything I needed!!! I'm very gratefull. Beds are comfortable, very clean, good location with a lot of restaurants and services near by, really good price
