K Tower Boutique Hotel By Lucerna

My sister and I were treated like VIP's! We found all of the staff to be so helpful and kind. In particular Omar helping us get a Taxi and helping us with our luggage to Jose the nephew of the owners personally thanking us and helping us the last day with our luggage back to the car! We looking forward to another stay in the future! We absolutely loved the remodel of the pool area. The jacuzzi was perfect as well as the food and wine! Thank you very much!

The ambience the furnishings the decor… It’s quite luxurious absolutely beautiful and well-maintained property!!! our room and bathroom was beautiful…😀wow WOW WOW spectacular rooftop bar and pool!!!!!!

slight sewage smell. perhaps just the city? wine or juice stain was still wet when we Arrived in our room. but it was beautifully decorated and lavish and we know things happen. so not a big deal.

I liked the modern feel of the hotel. It sure feels luxurious yet so comforting. I also liked that the staff was very friendly and helpful when asked about restaurant recommendations.

I didn't like that the pool was to narrow and not enough space to swim freely. Another thing I didn't like was the fact that you didn't have to be a hotel guest to eat at the roof top sushi bar. This means that they were guest from outside coming into the hotel. I would have much rather it be a hotel guest area only.

Location perfect for business,vacation,romance. I had a nice delicious steak at restaurant on roof top by the pool.drink,eat,swim, Shoot pool at the lobby had few (chelas 😁). Ceviche y los ostiones delicious too,no need to leave facilities if you do plenty places to go near by

First and foremost was the staff….. everyone we interacted with at the hotel provided outstanding service….. from check in, the restaurants and bars, parking attendant and other staff. The rooftop deck is amazing and worth the stay alone!!

The rooms are starting to show their age…. walls dirty and a ripped comforter. Minor stuff compared to all the good stuff.

location is super great, Lucerna is a nice hotel but the K-tower is just amazing.

They are doing remodeling on the rooftop pool and bar so it’s closed which is a bummer, maybe the price should be adjusted accordingly but also recently with more construction being done on the side of the building there was a funny smell when you walk in the lobby.

Great location, good food, Smart TV with Youtube, Netflix etc. Rooftop pool and bar. Very fast elevator. And this K Tower is adults only

My waiter couldn't speak any english. When he brought someone who could, they didn't stay with me. Kept sending the no english guy back. Not so good there.

The staff it’s amazing from the moment you walk in your greeted by Ismail, Christian, or Juan, and then at the reception is Fernanda she stands out due to her polite attitude accommodating way she has, Meanwhile you are checking in, the charismatic Francisco bartender is Getting your order ready while you check in, maybe a margarita? and the 24 hour room service has always been kind efficient and superb, especially Moises in the Morning.

Pretty much everything. The hotel is luxurious. The service is amazing. They have a rooftop lounge with sushi, which is delicious! They have room service 24/7. Secure parking, in a nice area in Tijuana.

Hotel was beautiful staff was friendly however I expected a bigger and nicer room for the price I paid. Very expensive for what I got

My bed was a full size mattress and room was small for over 300 a night.
