The location is very happening and busy - we as a family thoroughly enjoyed the busy street which is just outside the hotel. The rooms are no frill rooms but the location and proximity to the beach beats it all. The check-in was seamless and the room itself was just fine. No complaints - clean sheets, clean bathroom and a good balcony view to the street. You have KFC Pizza Hut Starbuck and all the local eateries on the street and along the beach as well. Some complained of the noisy street - but once the balcony is closed, the noise doesnt impact much really. Will definitely recommend this hotel to frnds and family

Nothing really - we were spending most of the day outside the room and hotel so didnt miss the room much.

Bed - Just Amazing. Clean, comfy, warm, king size bed, 2 pillows each. Really felt like I slept so well, all 3 nights. Location - UhMAZING... our balcony looked out to Cenang beach, we enjoyed sunset every evening. You just have to take the lift down, turn right into the alley and you're at the beach. It's right in the middle of Cenang, opposite Cenang Mall and everything you could need is nearby. About a 12 minute drive from the airport. Bathroom - Has a shower stall with door, normal shower head AND rain shower too. Water pressure, uh-mazing. Heater worked fine. Complimentary toiletries were very basic, but no problem, you could always ask for more. The WC though...we couldn't use the toilet for our whole second day coz water kept coming up to the rim when we flushed, and had to wait a good 15 minutes for it to go back down. After doing this about 10 times, it went back to normal. No issue, we were patient. Room - The room was very spacious, clean, AC worked fine, TV worked fine although, channel selection was limited but again, wasn't an issue. Spacious balcony with 2 plastic lounge chairs and a small table. There are lines outside if you wish to dry some garments. Work desk and chair provided, electric kettle, mineral water, a little fridge too.

The noise from the corridor was bad. For some reason the littlest noise or conversation was amplified and quite frustrating at times. The laughing, loud talking, doors opening and closing. A drunk crowd that came back at 3am probably woke all the rooms up. You would hear anyone walking past and the housekeeping cleaning the other rooms. So, the acoustics and soundproofing need to be improved. That's all.

The location of the hotel just over looking the Pantai Cenang beach, with all the water sports activities such as para-seiling, jet skis, etc. There are plenty of shops and night market stalls within 10 minutes walking distance, with different variety of food available. The beach is clean and well kept. I booked a sea-facing room, and was fortunate to be given one right at one end where the sea view was not obstructed by trees.

Stalls at the beach front plays very loud music/songs every evening till quite late at night (11pm onwards), and this may not be welcomed by hotel guests who prefer a quiet night. The room fridge was not cold enough.

Located very close to the beach. Big room with a balcony looking out to the beach. Wifi was decent. The staff at the reception were very helpful and kind. All the restaurants in Pantai Cenang were couple of minutes walk away from the hotel.

Facilities at the bathroom can be a bit better. Also, this hotel had the most complicated TV system I've ever seen in my life, which we could never fully figure out (but at least we managed to watch the World Cup final on that TV).

- Location is fantastic!! Right across from the shopping centre with (kfc,Starbucks,Mexican restaurant etc) and a few minutes walk from a delicious night market and like 30seconds from the beach - Room was a little small but super comfortable, the beds were very comfy - Great to have the balcony which was super spacious - Staff always so friendly and left a bottle of bubbly in the room

- It was a bit pricey but I think it was due to the time (Lima)

The location is no doubt really excellent as it's near to the cenang beach. Food is no problems from mamak seafood to western and even food trucks all within walking distance.Very lively at night.There cenang mall right Infront of hotel Other attractions aside from dataran cenang are the underwater world Langkawi and laman PADI(paddy museum) I would also like the applaud the staff integrity.my friend left his airpod(iPhone earphones). The staff kept for us and we picked it up on our last day we after jumping few other stays in langkawi.

The hotel is perfectly located, near Cenang beach, shopping center, currency exchange office, many different cafes. Tengah beach is also close, 15 minutes walk. The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean, air conditioning and fridge worked well. There was a TV in the room, but we didn't watch it.

Sometimes the Internet was lost, but we had mobile Internet. Good audibility in the rooms, but it did not bother us much. It would be even better if there was breakfast :)

the location is perfect, the staff is nice too. I arrive earlier than check in time but staff allow me to check in earlier as the room is available. But it's no additional charges. The room is with sunshine and bright which is good too!

The bed is a bit too soft for me and room cleanliness can be improved! When i stayed there, one of the lift is in maintenance, I have to use another lift which is at the back door.

+Price is very affordable. +Staff was very friendly and kind. They went above and beyond to assist me to recover my lost wallet. +Location wise it's right at the beach and it's opposite a small mall for convenience. +I saw them trying their best to cater for late checkout for other customers.

+I could hear noise from the next room. +Unfortunately there was construction that went on that woke me from my nap.
