The manager (i think) looked for our parking, to ensure we park in correct area (not sure if got fine if park at a wrong place). The receptionist is very nice even when i've questions him few times (a bit shock & can't hear clearly). The hotel floor have locked door, no outsider can enter without access card. Rooms have big space for prayer (Muslim).

Not that i didn't like, but more on improvement. Not sure if i've missed it. since they got few type of rooms (nicely decorated), it will be better if they label the room type on their photo (was interested with the honeymoon room actually but only know the room name when i checked in at hotel).

When I enter the room, it was beyond expectation. The room was very clean and the smell is so good. It suits the name of Dream Luxury hotel where you feel like you are staying at 4 or 5 stars hotel with a cheaper price.

Not much...only have problem with toilet's door knob. Its a bit difficult to lock from the inside. The room space is quite small and a bit difficult to perform prayer for Muslim. The parking is quite difficult to find because the location is at shop area but you can just double park in front of the hotel. The staff will take care of it.

THE JACUZZI TUB REALLY GOOD!! I had night light speaker provided in my room and it really was a great use for me that night. Paid less than 280 only to have such luxury, plus can ask for the coffee maker and the coffee was so good. I really enjoyed the night i stayed in the hotel and definitely gonna repeat again!!!

Receptionist is unreachable, i had to go down to ask for assistance since my tub got one button not functioning. but they still came up later to help...

clean and tidy. the room are cosy. the staff are friendly too. near at many place i wanted to go. cafe is just next door. love everything

it is not soundproof. me n my kids just literally talking n giggling. but got complain for being loud. the person that make the complained is a tourist and i just hate the situation. maybe next time u can warned them the tourist about the room is not soundproof.

Hotel room was decent, beds were extremely comfy and the bathrooms were clean. Lots of restaurants and cafes to choose from via walking distance. We counted at leat 8 boba tea shops in the adjacent two blocks. Parking is a bit tricky, as the whole area is very busy. Hotel staff will tell you double park near the hotel shoplot unit and they will keep a lookout via CCTV (the Muar parking attendant is very efficient) until a lot is free nearby.

Our room was located near the reception and soundproofing was not great -- so we could hear conversations from surrounding rooms up till midnight as well as the incessant Christmas music from the lobby.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the uncle who takes care of the parking lot to the receptionist upon my arrival. They were all very helpful and friendly.

The family room that I have booked was very small. There's not even space for us to perform our solat. Other than that, the rest of the rooms facilities are quite standard.

The place is clean, love the environments. The staff were friendly. Even we asked the staff where is the nearest place to grab some burger. He told us there is a place nearby, he even told us the direction, and we got it. Thanks so much. And love the room so much.. Even our kids enjoyed it

Room clean and bed comfortable

We got our room last and the window behind is back road and got few shop backdoor open very noisy. Our room side and opposite customer very noisy especially midnight still laughing and shouting. Toilet easy flood. Water drain very slow.

The location, staff are very friendly, reserved parking.

The toilet is not really well mantained. Need to service the shower.

Great value and service. Unique room setup with jacuzzi, although probably not so suitable for family with small kids.

Parking can be a challenge as it is a very busy shoplot area, thankfully the parking staff is very helpful to assist my family.
