Sutra Beach Resort, Terengganu

Beautiful Seaview. Comfort situation and location. Staff for room service was very nice.

The price for the seaview room not too valuable for your money. Floor was very cold and uncomfortable for kids especially. The furniture was so old and room decoration was bored. As for Muslim, clean, hygiene and narrow space when doing prayer on the floor was very disappointed.

The phone line was malfunctioned. However, when contacted the staff through WA, the staff does not reply and picked up the phone. Plus, time taken for the restaurant to prepare the food (dinner) was so long.

The room looks old enough and not well maintained.

Generally, the resort is all right. But it could be better. The beach is long. One can walk on the beach for kilometers. The pool is also big and well maintained. Food is good.

Proper swimming pool regulations such as pool attire is not enforced. It must be enforced for hygienic reasons. People just went in with their T-shirts and regular day wear! There shouldn't be any horse-play in the pool but I observed many did that. This should not be allowed for safety reasons. Children who cannot swim should not be allowed in the adult pool because it can be dangerous. The adult pool is quite deep. A group of bikers were there and they rammed up their motorcycles loudly which disturbed the guests. Management should put up signs prohibiting this kind of behaviour as it disturbed the piece of other paying guests.

the place is awesome!!! view is superb.. from my room can see pulau redang n pulau bidong.. also sunrise in the morning.. the pool was exceptional..large pool with nice view..all my families very happy.. breakfast also ok for me not too good but its acceptable for the price.. overall satisfied stay n holiday, will repeat stay in future for sure!!

room maintenance should be better. for my room, toilet light was too dim, sliding door cannot close properly so it's quite risking for my belongings inside.

A little bid comment for future improment. wifi LED need to relocate since blinking light from LED interrupting sleeping mode. Service Manager Plsssss consider my suggestion. You can hv your own oberservation to justify my statement.

THE STAFF ARE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY THE STAFF FROM THE F&B DEPARTMENT. CAN PROVIDE THE HELP WITH PROFESSIONAL

THE ROOM A BIT DUSTY BUT ITS TURN GOOD AT SECOND DAY AFTER THE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING DONE.

The foods are good. Especially their sutra fried rice. But the breakfast is just fine. I will definitely come again next time. Everything that I requested ahead have been followed by the resort. Great job.

Actually it’s an old resorts. And i knew it before booking and coming here but still it’s need make a bit refurbishment to a certain parts. Especially the room floor.

We stayed for 4 days/3 nights..our 4th time staying here..The seaview and comfortable beds and pillows plus spacious room can fit extra bed..everything in working order except the heater wasn't working on the last day of our stay..

The breakfast very limited..but for a 3 star hotel the F&B was quite expensive
