Staff friendly n helpful.Room was spacious.We did experience some problem where suddenly the power was out.The front desk team did their amazing job by sending two staff to handle our situation asap.Everything went back as usual.Tq paya bunga.Looking forward any good offers by this hotel especially for us in future.

couldn't place order on menu f&b during tea time.we just came n was hungry after check in.The staff from f&b responded that no meals are served for room service during hi tea.Would be much more customer or guest friendlier service if there is no such term stated in future.

The hotel located at the centre of city. Beside the hotel is UTC mall (small mall with government offices) and nearby have 7-11 or eMart for daily necessities. Room is clean & staff are friendly. Check-in & check-out process are easy and fast.

Room kinda old. Spotted some small insects on table. Breakfast could be better (perhaps is fasting month, so choices are limited). There are 3 lifts but all lifts are busy accommodating the guests from mid levels i.e. level 11 to ground floor. Waited 10mins for lift to reach level 15 to bring me down.

The location wise - at the city centre so it is near with all the amenities - shopping complex, laundry service, banks. Walking distance with the main attractions esp Pasar Payang, China Town, Istana Maziah, Masjid Zainal Abidin, Dataran Shahbandar. The swimming pool was okey.

The parking area on the 6th floor is not the problem, but the extra work guests had to endure is when the check-in/out process or during parking ticket validation at the reception on the ground floor. Why can’t the hotel have a 2nd reception or concierge counter at the 6th floor? Reading the reviews from previous guests with the same complaints yet no improvement were made by the management, make me wonder, does the hotel really care about their customer needs or not?

I had called the hotel in advanced to request connection room because another room booked my company and the staff inform will put the request in the remarks. Unfortunately, by the time I want to check in, the receptionist mentioned didn't have any note in the remarks. I insisted to have a room with connection because I came with my families and the staff assisted me nicely and I got the room. Really appreciate it. Thanks a lot.

Felt a bit inconvenience with the parking because need to park at high level.

The breakfast was quite nice. Eating breakfast while enjoying the Kuala Terengganu at 11th floor really was something memorable. The location of the hotel is also nice. Its just near the bus station of Kuala Terengganu. Also there is a lot of choices to eat around the hotel. The best places is Nasi Dagang Atas Tol which just behind the hotel. The pool also located at the 11th floor which is best to swim with family.

The room carpet may need to be cleaning properly. The smell was a little bad when the air conditioning was not on. The parking is also quit the problem where you need to park at the 6th floor. The parking is free but there is also problem to redeem TnG where you need to go to lobby at G level, then go back to 6th floor, then head down with your car. So a little time consuming

Parking lot at level 6 and need to going down to cop before exit from the hotel.

The room is clean, sheets as well! Housekeeping did a good job! The carpark is very accessible from the room and the hotel staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay there again if I come to KT.

Hm.. The extra space isn't well air-conditioned. And I thought I wanna work in the extra space.. But there is no table available... Besides the dressing table. It would be great if the sofa is taken away... And a table is provided for us to do some work.

Overall OK . TV pun functioning well cuma ada siaran basic jela. Tapi kalau boleh, connect dgn wifi xtra bonus laa since I have a daughter & easy for me to make her watch her favourite cartoons from it. but its okay, stay there still good & satisfied. Nak mandi pool pon no need to pay cuma masa pergi tak dapat buat apa sangat sebab musim hujan..

A friendly staff fulfill my request as per reservation for room with city view. Highly appreciate it. I am really happy for my birthday stayed. Thanks a bunch Paya Bunga Hotel and Teams.

My suggestion please gift 2 access card for guest. My husband go to gym and I stuck cannot enter room or gym without access card.

Friendly staff and islamic environment

Parking needs to be validated at the lobby every time when we need to move out from the hotel. My suggestion either validation can do at coffee house or at the parking. Or hotel can work together with parking service to ensure guest can use room key card as parking access. Thank you
