Rooms were comfortable. Hot water was constant.

Miss lead about bathtub.

The staff's are friendly and helpful.. Easy ti check in and check out.

Location is good. can buy food and mineral water/ snacks in walking distance. The staffs were very helpful- borrow me umbrella when it rains/ allow a late check out + provided me plastic spoon/ fork when grab food didn’t provide one. Room was spacious - usually I can’t sleep sound in hotel but amazingly I slept well till next day.

Helpful staff.. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed and good water pressure. Can't ask for more. worth the price. Can see beautiful sunrise from my room. kids love the bathtub. Strategically located in the middle of the attractions like jonker Street and ocenearium if you like to walk. There is a lot of good food around. Famous claypot asam pedas just few minutes drive away costs RM6 with grab. There is a 24-hour mart few steps away from the hotel, which was so helpful. Pantai klebang about 15-20 minutes with grab that cost less than RM20. Overall, it was a great vacation, and I will surely choose the same hotel for my next visit to Melaka.

1. Big room and comfortable bed. 2. Breakfast was nice & variety. the cafe was clean and cozy. they also have few toys for toddler. really good idea coz my 2yo baby can sit still at table while playing toy. 3. Room service food also was good & tasty. 4.staff are nice and friendly. 5. bell service guy is friendly and polite. overall is good even the hotel quite old but i enjoyed it

1. my room is near to the lift. the sound of lift was very disturbing as it can be hear from our room. my kids and me cannot have a good sleep. the sound was very bad. also can hear people walking or running. 2. room service food take quite long time 3. requested baby cot but have to call them 3 times only they send to the room 4. aircond too cold. even u switch off also can feel cold

The reception Ms Rangitha and Mr Wafi was great reception staff. They both was so helpful and always cheerful. My check in was so smooth without any problem. Myself being a hotelier itself, love the way this 2 staff greet and help guests. Ms Rangitha was so professional with her work. She deserved an appreciation from the Management. Hotel need this kind of staff in front liner. She is so good in handling guests. Management should think of promoting Ms Rangitha for higher level. Tq Ms kala Penang

Breakfast choice is so less. Mostly are malaysian cuisine. Should be more varieties on pastry and western food. The food quality is low. Some of the food are too dry and overcooked. Please check food quality. Poor food quality.

My place that I choose the most every time I had my business trips to Melaka. The staff from the ground and receptions until the manager are so friendly and helpful. They will greeting me with a smile and even if I have reached there at midnight. It's value for money to receive such great services. The location is very close to my working place, and the surrounding area has a lot of variety restaurants since it is located in the town. The room is quite big and very clean, anything I need will respond with immediate action. The place I always recommend to my clients and friends if they choose melaka as their trips.

Breakfast was ok, we liked hot meals made by chef (omelets, baked eggs, pancakes, French toast and other selections of total 6 options), also Malay and Chinese food corners were nice. Rooms were spacious, with extra sitting place for 4 persons and table, as well as work table. I always like kettle and coffee/tea facilities in the room. Swimming pool was good and elevators was always lightning fast.

Location is a bit far away from city center, but we we ready for that. Air conditioning temperature sensor was fake, no mater you set 18 or 28 degrees. You just can turn aircon on (and it freezes cold, during night) or you can turn it off and you find yourself in hot room in morning. Windows are deadly closed, so there are no possibility to get fresh air from outside (I usually like sensors, which prevents using aircon with open window).

The staff is friendly... Near by food station and shop... Room is clean and huge...

I hope hotel will provide more outlet and cafe soon...overall nice...

Location was fantastic. Walk past all the main attractions towards Jonker or Grab for RM5 each way. Rooms and hotel premises were exceptionally clean! As per previous reviews, hotel is a bit dated but the cleanliness superseded it. Love the high quality pressed bed sheets. The main pool was refreshing and super clean; so wonderful after a long day walking around Melaka town. The separate hydra spa pool area (like hot tub with jets but without the heat) has some pigeons and pigeons' poop at the side in the morning although was totally clean and fine during the evening. Staff were exceptionally polite, kind and friendly. We were there during their Raya promo and paid RM100 net each room. Great Value!

Hydra pool area has pigeons on the inside of the roof and pigeon poop visible on the sides of the spa pool area in the morning.
