I was hoping to stay at a place with hotel environment, so I booked a villa which most likely close to that 'hotel' feeling. But the staff said the building was empty & there's no occupancy. So they moved us to a chalet. Its a twin chalet. It was fine at first until another guest (family with a kid) checked in the chalet next to me. They was very noisy, moving things and banging doors. Also they talk so loudly and we are not very happy about it. If the villa not available, please remove it from the system so that we won't have a chance to choose it at all

1.The pool ....we arrived quite late around 9 pm and were told that pool was open till 10.30 pm..wah apalagi terjun terus lol.. quite nice when you can enjoy without limit lol. 2. Bike is free ok...so please go exercise 🤣 3.The new attraction was the atv ..you can rent them... new ok..still got plastic ya 4. Sambal nasi lemak sooo good ..ala carte also quite cheap 5. Staffs were very attentive to your request ..thumbs up

Prefer more lights near the chalet..

Nice, quiet and clean chalets and surrounding areas, provided with some outdoor activities and ample space that allow us enjoy our own activities. Good place for staycation. The environment was very relaxing , i think it was a good place for family gathering and company trip. Easy check in process and the staffs were very friendly and helpful.

The unit is quite small. Big family may need extra chalet but there're chalets that have connecting room/chalet. Food: The choice of main course - acceptable compared to the charges. The food taste was good but suggested to provide extra choice for the dessert (during my stay only have butter cake & fruits) & drink (hot - coffee & tea OK, cold - cordial orange only)

Love the environment. The room is spacious,clean & neat. Hotel also provides iron which is convenient to me. The hotel receptionist was good as they whatsapp us asking our ETA. The breakfast was nice too. Not fancy with variety of choices but it fill u up & delicious. The omelette. Love it. The whole area of thia hotel is ootd spot.

Actually, there is nothing but just that our TV not functioning at all. No channel, no sound & just black & white screen. Maybe hotel could check on room 221 TV. Apart from that there is nothing.

15/9/2022, staff bernama faiz sangat2 membantu..dari strt salah my booking date n assist how to cancel and book again..until my hotel booking success...actually sy booking for my families....faiz manage to give me full quotation until my payment success.... Family happy bermalam di sana...eventhough only 1 night...breakfast sedap..bnyk activity yg boleh fullfill...hope i oso boleh bercuti and bermalam jg disana... Thanks again to faiz...

I love everything about the hotel. We could ride bicycles, we could swim in a nice swimming pool and we had breakfast for 2 people. The place was so calm and it's suitable for those who come with family. The price was also so reasonable with what we got.

Only the drainage at the shower part was clogged (not flowing smoothly)

1: That guy Receptionist (1 forgot his name) is super friendly. 2: Room is spacious and clean. 3: TV channel is ok enough for me and kids. 4: Breakfast is delicious. 5: Pool is great. 6: Water pressure and heater is excellent.

1: Toilet floor is slippery..I have to remind my kid to be careful everytime he enter the toilet.

Environment, staff, pool, room very nice. One of the hotels that i have to come every year.

Breakfast limited, but its ok for me. Just Nasi lemak pandan for me a bit weird. Previously was really nice.

- kids like the pool coz have slidding board. Very attractive as it looks like theme park. - good to have bycle rental, they have more actvt to do. Maybe can setup playgroud too. - beautiful place and peaceful.

-It is good to have bycle rental but the bycle need to be maintain and ensure in good condition when customer want to use it. Many bycle have broken. - May be can add on more variety choice of breakfast in Rumbia cafe. - To ensure swimming pool cleanliness. Found quite a lot leaf inside. - Want to use flying fox, but no incharge person available.

easy to get food (cafe open until 10), mesra muslim (provide sejadah, kiblat arrow), strategic place such near to Jeti and others place to visit.

looks more beautiful and vintage if the management can put more lighting on surrounding the resort and carpark because the surrounding place quite gloomy dark at night.
