A very comfortable hotel. Very tranquil considering it is in the middle of an enormously developed area. The grounds were very beautiful and the atmosphere relaxed. Nice to hear the sound of birds in the grounds and we even saw some Leaf Eating Monkeys. Free car parking was also a bonus.

Some more consideration should be given to the breakfast menu. I appreciate that the restaurant is halal but there are excellent vegan alternatives to chicken sausages . Few alternative dining alternatives within walking distance.

This is my second stay at The Saujana KL and I absolutely loved it! I came here last November with my husband to celebrate our anniversary and the staff kindly provided us a nice complementary cheese cake! We came again this time around for a quick weekend getaway for CNY; the extra large king size bed was super comfortable to sleep in, the pillows were comfy too, the room was spacious and of course the bathroom comes with a huge bathtub! We especially enjoyed using the huge flat screen TV to watch Netflix connected to our laptop, the hdmi port on the wall was very convenient for us to plug in our hdmi cable to the TV. It was a very chilled and relaxing stay for us both :) The breakfast spread was delicious! We stayed for two nights over the weekend and the first morning we came early around 8.15am and there weren’t that many people yet, but on Sunday morning we came slightly late around 9.15am and it was surprisingly packed we had to line up for a bit. But I enjoyed the food nonetheless especially the omelette, pancakes, porridge & dim sum! The service here by the staff was excellent and we’ll definitely come again next time! :D

The door slams quite loudly when we close it, so did the toilet door inside the bathroom. This time we stayed at the ground floor so it wasn’t as noisy compared to last time where we could hear the voices from people staying next door. We couldn’t use the rain shower in the bathroom because the button to change the shower was broken, so we only used the normal shower head instead. Perhaps this could be fixed so guests can enjoy the option of using both shower heads. The TV remote comes with the option to choose Netflix but we couldn’t connect to Netflix directly using the remote. The YouTube option works fine though :) Other than that, everything else was great!

It’s our first time staying here to celebrate our wedding anniversary and everything was excellent! Loved the entrance and the hotel lobby and the lakeside view is beautiful!😍 Checking in and out went smoothly, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They even gave us a complimentary cake for our anniversary!🥰 Our room was incredibly spacious, we were so excited to see how big our flat screen TV was! (Probably around 50 inches++) We brought our laptop and connected it to the huge TV to watch Netflix and chill 😍 The bed was also huge and super comfortable to sleep in. The bathtub was huge too! We really enjoyed our stay, it was a relaxing staycation and we loved everything about the hotel! We’d definitely come again next time✨

The walls are not exactly soundproofed. Perhaps this could be improved for us to have more privacy during our staycation. We could hear people laughing next door and could hear if any of the staff walks by with the cleaning cart, it can be quite noisy. Cleanliness in the bathroom could also be improved as the topside of the bathtub was a bit dusty. But other than that everything else was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay ☺️

The location. Very serene and quiet environment, great for weekend getaway if you want to be away from the bustling city. Feels like a retreat outside KL. Room is cozy and spacious enough for couple. I like the large bathtub in our room. The bell man is very kind to help us. Outdoor landscape is well kept.

Breakfast is ok, but not much variety. I’m not sure whether it’s because of the weekdays stay? There is no tea/coffee maker in the room as per advertised. Quite disappointed. And the wardrobe is mouldy..maybe due to tue damp weather. There is room for improvements 👍🏻

love the location, the privacy yet food and malls are nearby (cause no traffic), love the exclusivity of the establishment. love the landscape and trees and dining options. the saujana has indeed stood the test of time and hopefully it will continue.. would love to come back here one day in the future.

pool needs to be upgraded for OBVIOUS reasons which are safety standards that are applicable to this day and age. bring back the pool bar or some kind of poolside menu.. price of food wherever it is will be expensive but the experience/ memory of treating our kids to a pool bar banana split ice cream is priceless. please have kids menu in in room dining. the food for in room dining was SO GOOD nonetheless. our room at level 3 was perfect but something must be done about the level of cleanliness- dust was all over the bedside table and radio.

It is like a resort in the city, with lush greenery and a nice pool. The Chinese restaurant TiChern serves wonderful food as well. Our room is very well kept and nice , and the bellboy who helped us is very friendly too. A good place for a staycation!

The bathtub in our room is a bit old, so it is peeling off. We requested 2 extra bottles of water and were told that it would be charged RM5 extra, which is quite high. The breakfast provided by Charcoal the restaurant tasted average.

The room is quite huge and big space. It feels so cosy cause the interior and material structure are using wood, and they feel like in the resort. Surprisingly, the staff are not so friendly. Shown the bar close at 11 pm, but when I wanted to order at 10 pm.. they said its already close! Staff & Service need to improve! It's too bad that we experienced that the lift got puked smells. Overall, I love the room, but staff service and breakfast selection need to be upgraded

I had a pleasant stay here. It could be better to have signs as to where the elevator is located to get to the third floor, for folks checking in the first time. As for breakfast at Charcoal, do have more cereal choices than just cornflakes and coco crunch for a five-star hotel. The staff at the reception, house-keeping, and maintenance were excellent in every way Will certainly stay here again
