Chill Suites Langkawi

The room is spacious. The seaview quite okay. I was a bit distracted with the construction site beside the sea. The hotel provide comb,toothbrush and paste,iron,hair dryer,small chiller,smart tv which you can watch netflix(using ur own account),youtube all day long especially in this mco period. They also provide Coway at the ground floor. Everything is excellent except for the aircond. Its not really cool even 16°c in turbo mode. Maybe it is bcs the location of the airocond. It faced the door instead of bed. However i still would love to stay again at this hotel in the future. One more thing, this hotel is actually in shop house where you can just walk to Mykori Dessert,Watson, and Old Town White Coffee. Public Bank Berhad is also in walking distance in case you run out of cash money. It is just two unit next to the hotel.

Breakfast was good and so was the location - plenty of parking below the hotel at brightly lit areas. Only had to pay RM4.00 for the whole day and did not have to worry about the number of times going in and out of the hotel as it was public parking. The location is good - nearby restaurants and eateries. Staff was friendly. There was nasi lemak, roti canai , bread, eggs, mee for breakfast. Room was clean.

The fan in the bathroom was very noisy. I usually sleep with the light on in the bathroom but when the light is on, so is the fan. So we had to switch off the light in the bathroom and leave the one outside the bathroom on. However, this is my own preference only. There wasn't much space to hang our wet clothes especially when we have come back from Pulau Payar and all the clothes and swimming gear need to be washed and dried

We got a Seaview room, which was remarkable, you can view Maha Tower from the window. Your full wall window will be your live TV with natural scenes. some construction is underway don't know if views will remain the same after the completion of that construction. Their Wi-Fi connection was amazing - never seen such strength in hotels like theirs. TV was a Smart TV functional with Youtube and you can use your own Netflix there by signing in. Eagle Square is just a few km away from it, and you can visit the Kilim Geoforest Park area thru grab - it's not far. For Sky Cab, you have to take approx 40 min drive that area is far away.

Had a very relaxing stay at Chill Suites Langkawi. The hotel gets all ticks and a 10 from me. -My messages were answered promptly before arriving and checking in. -The rooms were very spacious and had a sea view. -Rooms are serviced every day. -Nice breakfast. -The Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was halfway between Kuah town, and Kuah wharf. This was perfect for me. I hope I get back to stay at Chill Suites Langkawi one day.

Other guests at the hotel were very noisy, and inconsiderate.

I liked the location. It is a short and quick ride from the pier. It is also across the street from a business district that has many restaurants and duty-free stores. The room had good internet connection, a comfortable bed, hot water and a good view of the ocean. I found the stay to be a good value and would recommend.

The breakfast was boring for me with only boiled eggs, white bread for toast, tea, coffee and rice with an egg. I would have liked some fresh fruit, juice, whole wheat bed and cereal.

It is very clean and comfortable. I did call earlier to make sure that they have elevator since I am travelling with my parents. The staff is really helpful and welcoming. The room is very spacious and the hotel is very close to shopping area. They even provide free breakfast!

They only provide one card, so it is quite hard if I would like to travel alone without my parents. Meaning they need to get up and open the door for me later. They also did not have any telephone connected to the receptionist which is I find it quite hard if we would like to request for anything from the room.

We were impressed with the hotel. It is right on the main road and super easy to find. From here it is an easy walk to many good restaurants, a laundromat, and the water park if you have kids. The main ferry pier is a 20-30 minute walk, but a Grab is really cheap option. The facility is relatively new with clean, modern rooms, very relaxing. The staff is helpful and efficient. Overall stellar value for the price, and a great place to base yourself for touring the island of Langkawi.

Firstly, the satffs are attentive and friendly. This is very important. The hotel room is spacious and clean. They provide simple breakfast like nasi lemak ayam, nasi lemak kicap and fried mihun with boiled egg. 3-in-1 coffee sachet is served as well. The location is very convenient if you travelling around Kuah Town, a minimum 30 minutes drive or longer is required if you visit Ayer Hangat, Chenang, etc.

None except the malfunction door damper at family room need to be repaired.
