Clean spacious room , will be good if can be triple or even Quad..hot water good pressure..really comfy clean bed..Special accolades to kembara cafe staff though its raining and outdoor spaces closed,still managed to accomodate and kept the food hot and topped up ..i can say though small cafe as compared to t hotel beside but they managed to hv yummy menu..soup n garlic bread was great..will be back for sure...Ohh front desk girls nice and friendly...free secured parking too...wifi was good too...and they replied via whatsapp my request for date change and update too bout road closure..🙏

Not much ...tv channels can be improved esp for kids.

I took a 2-bedroom suite and it was very spacious, complete with living room, kitchenette, washing machine and iron board, and even a small balcony with the sea view. Rooms and toilets were clean. Breakfast was ordinary, though value for money at 28 RM. The freshly brewed coffee was great, and the chocolate croissants exceeded expectations, and the egg station was always great for breakfast. It was also refreshing to have fruits. Harbour wiew from the infinity pool was great, especially at sunrise. Staff was very courteous and even greeted and saluted me at the carpark.

A wider breakfast selection would be great, but generally have no complaints.

The place is superb for family getaways. The nite stroll along watery park was great you shall witness the hustle & bustle of city life. I really enjoyed the singing fountain

The room was spacious & superb. Unfortunately the bed sheet has an old stain on it which you can only noticed when prepare bed for sleeping. Queit a resentment

The 2BRM apartment was spacious and clean. Check-in was easy and staff very friendly and helpful, underground parking was secure and convenient. We didn't use the facilities for this short stay. We were given the requested quiet room and the view was overlooking park and marina which was very nice. The furnished kitchen with utensils and crockery was great. There was a washer/dryer too. There were eateries outside, across the road and further among the various condos in the area. There was also a restaurant on site which we did not visit.

Television set was small, only had regular channels. The display wasn't sharp (not HD).

The apartment was hugeeee and feels quite luxurious. The bed was very comfortable. Wifi was good. The showers was very good with strong water pressure. The view of the marina was quite stunning. Location is close Legoland (by driving). Really loved the 24 hour Mana Cafe nearby which had really good cheap food for every mealtime! Didnt use the kitchen but seems very well stocked. Free underground parking. Staff were nice and helpful.

Thought the laundrette was free to use but its RM23 plus which is very expensive for self service laundry. The towels I got was very dirty (make up stains) and had to request for new ones.

The 3 bedroom apartment was big... love it.. nice view... there's 24 hrs restaurant just below the hotel and convenience store just across the road.. the puteri harbour is "happening" at night.. lots of ppl..

Breakfast spread can be improved. Requested for house keeping.. it took a while..

Breakfast is very limited... Not so much choice especially for kids. Please make it more variety.

Almost became I victim. 1 day before moved in I got message from the hotel in booking!!! that I have to put my card details at some weird site. I rejected I wrote to hotel and booking about that. Both told me that it was fraud from someone who broke booking security. Be careful! I was expected something more than sorry, because I almost lost my money for vocation. But it was only sorry)

Wide. very wide. Wider than next room Spaces from the kitchen top bar to the sofa. Nice clean toilet. Nice bedroom. 3 separate areas. Large cupboard .breakfast good got nasi lemak mee n poridge. Bread. Omlet. Fruit. Fastfood like cereal. Love the panorama at night. No diner but got lots of place to eat Mamak , cafe western n bar around there. The down side gots play park for skaters cyclers and more. Overall I love the stay.

Wifi given with password but totally cannot use. On my wifi not detects the modem. Tv only 4 or 5 chanel The pillow is too soft. Too soft. If u vacuum it i think the size of the palm only haha 😂. Bring ur own .
