VILNIUS PARK PLAZA HOTEL, Restaurant, Bar, Conference & Banquet Center

The hotel was pleasant; the room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and tidy. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and it was quiet at night. While the bed was comfortable, the television in the room was on the smaller side. The hotel's location next to Vingis Park was excellent, and the service was satisfactory. It appears that there has been a recent change in ownership, and it seems like they are making some improvements – hopefully, for the better.

The hotel is located in a very quiet part of the city - yet it is close to everything. The hotel is a standard Crowne Plaza quality - nice, clean, comfortable. The restaurant was closed for the private event that day, however room service was on and the food we got was very good! The bed was comfy, the room nice and clean. Will stay here again.

Not giving it a 10 - when we arrived the room was freezing, it took couple of hours to warm it up. Otherwise everything was great.

Staff really helpful and kind. Willing to help at any time. I think they gave us a better room than originally booked. A nice detail. Hotel is in good condition considering that it was almost closed due to Covid pandemic and it is located in a very quiet and safe area with a wonderful park at a short walk distance.

Upper main restaurant ( Horizontas ) is closed for remodeling, which is good but they should tell you in advance because there are not many options in the area for eating out. The bar/restaurant on the first floor some days gives a buffet service but no all days. And as bar closes early. Another thing, hotel is not located close to the old town but walking is about 25 minutes and by taxi not expensive at all. I totally understand Covid restrictions but sauna, fitness center were also closed and you don't know until you are in the hotel. If they tell you in advance that would be great. For example, now I'm at another hotel due to a delayed flight and fitness center is open.

All common areas are very clean and the restaurant in the first floor is nice and renovated. Due to covid the spa area and gym were closed. So no opinions there. Staff is very nice and helpful. Location was good, in a quiet area. My room had a nice view.

you can see that the hotel is very old. Furniture looks "used". Style and decoration of the of the room is very outdated. The furniture also looks like it has been over-used. The room was bit too small so circulation is rather uncomfortable.

The room was spacious, clean, the bed - comfortable. Good wi-fi. Free and convenient parking at the hotel's parking lot. Pretty good location - close to the city center. The breakfast was good, the usual selection.

The ironing board that was in a room was crumbling, old and barely usable.

Keycard either didn’t work at all or had to try 10-15 times each time until it would unlock the door (even after “staff fix”).

I liked everything. It was calm, nice, clean. The colors of the room were great. The staff gave us a room at the highest floor and we loved it to the last bit!

I may have not enjoyed the warmth of the room too much because it was a bit too hot, but it wasn't too bad. Also, the bed may have been a bit too soft for our backs.

The hotel is located in a central yet quiet area of the city. Shops are in close vicinity, and the old town is just a walking distance away. Breakfast was good.

Even though the hotel overall is nice, it clearly needs some refurbishments, for example, the wallpapers (in the rooms and in the hallways) have started to unglue.

Breakfast was served in very comfortable & visually enjoyable environment. Food was fresh & tasty, great start for your day. Best machine made hot chocolate (without milk) ever! Beds & pillows were very comfortable, the bedding was luxurious 😊

Super helpful staff. The lady in the evening reception super kind and nice.

No shower. Only a bathtub which makes it impossible for a handicapped person to have a shower. Outdated hotel.
