Great hotel: very modern and spacious, new furniture, comfortable bed and super quiet - I had a very good night sleep both times. The location isn't super central, but still cute.

At first I noticed a few minor issues with cleaning, which didn't bother me too much since the overall state of the room was very clean. There were a few hairs in the bathroom, a coffee spoon had a small spot on it (possibly water) and the wooden wall behind the nightstand had some splashes on which weren't visible unless the lamp shines directly on it - so it's understandable some of it might've been overlooked by the staff. However on my last day I realised that the hairdryer case was really dusty and then noticed someone forgot their underwear on the same shelf. Pretty disappointing, the cleaning standards at Hilton should be much higher than this.

My spouse and I recently had the opportunity of staying in Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius to celebrate our anniversary, and we were completely blown away by the incredible surprise they had in store for us. From start to finish, our stay was nothing short of magical, and we are forever grateful to the staff for making our special day truly unforgettable. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staff, who were aware of our anniversary celebration. Little did we know that they had prepared a delightful surprise for us! As we stepped into our room, we were greeted with chocolates and fruits and a bottle of chilled champagne. The attention to detail was impeccable, and it instantly set the tone for a romantic and memorable evening. The hotel's location was also a plus, as it allowed us to reach Vilnius old town easily. In conclusion, our anniversary stay at Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius exceeded all our expectations. The surprise they arranged for us truly made our celebration unforgettable.

Lady who served us at 2am in the morning was so friendly and welcoming - considering that it was 2am in the morning. She deserves a bonus!

We liked everything, the location, facilities, the food was tasty , breakfast aswell. The staff was friendly and nice.

Only negative thing I can say is that the housekeeping threw away some of my face products, that ive packed in small bags for my journey and placed on the sink of the bathroom, ive packed them small because of the airplane restrictions wich was fortunate since the products was Zo skin wich is a very expensive face routine products, however the cost was not important, the worst thing was to be without them for the rest of my trip, since its a almost medical treatment. So a tip is to inform housekeeping not to throw away things without really checking what it is. That was my only bad experience of the hotel, the rest was very nice.

Room was clean and comfortable.

I didn't like the attitude of the lady at the reception. I came 15 minutes earlier than the check-in time and she didn't check me in as I wasn't a Hilton reward honor member. There was absolutely no one in the line waiting for the check-in either, it was free. So I had to just sit and wait 15 minutes even though room was already ready for me. That was very unpleasant experience and very unprofessional approach by the staff. I would never expect this kind of attitude from a worldwide famous hotel chains. Disappointed already in the beginning of my stays!

Brand new hotel

Very generic and poor breakfast - everything made from cheap or canned ingredients (unripe fruit, waffles/pancakes from ready mixes, cheap honey etc.). Don’t waste your money - you can have much better breakfasts in close vicinity. Window in the room doesn’t open, AC/ventilation shuts off when you are not in the room, thus very stuffy air in the room

Well working and easily controllable air conditioner was literally the best thing! It was so good to come back to chilly room after the hot day. Bed was very comfortable and not too soft, as it is quite common in other hotels. Room wasn't somehow special, but it was clean, tidy and looked quite big for three of us. Breakfast was rich of choice and delicious. Although they say it is usually quite crowdy, at seven am there were plenty of space and choice :) And the sculpture-slide, which is just outside of the restaurant, was the hit to our daughter.

A very modern and cozy hotel (almost) at the heart of Vilnius. Exceptional breakfast, including friendly and helpful staff in the breakfast room. Reception staff also very welcoming and professional.

One of the cleaning ladies was particularly rude - having learnt that there was no shower gel upon arrival, I kindly asked the lady to change it instead of complaining to the reception, yet the lady was shockingly rude. Important to note, she changed it, but the approach was far from friendly.

staff is extremely kind, they knew me by name after about a week and remembered me from last year (!). attention to little details is great. the restaurant and the breakfast is absolutely fabulous! and the bartender makes a mean Oh Dear cocktail :) highly recommended! even if you have issues with the facilities, staff makes up for it 100%.

The heating didn’t work properly in the room (king size bedroom), they kindly offered the move to another room (a room with a couch) which was great service and kind of them. the double bed felt somewhat small in the new room and the air was dry. The gym could be a bit bigger and better equipped but the view is fabulous.
