Gradiali Wellness and SPA

The hotel definitely deserves 5 stars, I think, they are aiming to get them soon. The service is super friendly, the rooms are sparkling clean, stylish and comfortable, the SPA is great, with 2 pools and 4 unique saunas, there is also a great variety of procedures, both medical and SPA, that you can book and enjoy. The quality of those is great! The location of the hotel is beautiful- fresh air and nature whatever season it is. A beautiful bonus is also fountains of drinking mineral water (very beneficial and tasty), and fresh water as well, so no need to worry about getting thirsty! I also loved the gym! It was well conditioned and had various cardio and weight machines! And, of course, the breakfast- it was the best in my life! I honestly didn't know that I can fit this much into myself, but the food was so delicious and fresh, and the offer varied every day!y family is amazed at this hotel, so we are already planning our next visit there (✯ᴗ✯)

Maybe only the restaurant where you can order a la carte needs some improvement- the food tasted a little blend and the service was not super fast.

The room was as described, check in was fast and easy, staff excellent, food in bar restaurant good, food hot and well presented, staff checked covid passports which was good even though we had to show opportunity passports when checking in. I think this is acceptable during this pandemic. I along with my family will return as this is one of the best friendliest hotels we have stayed in Lithuania

Hot breakfast not very good. Supposed to be English Irish breakfast but does not compare, however, there is enough food to have a good breakfast.

Perfect quiet location, excellent restaurant with appropriate prices and wonderful meals Very comfortable beds Amazing SPA - especially turkishSPA - enough space to sit comfortably and even lie down on hot stones. Others baths are great and spacious too. And the water in the pool and in the resort at all is very soft, and there is no feeling of tightness of the skin.

soundproofing of the rooms - it is almost non-existent, all the "intim" of the neighbors at 6 am every morning we heard perfectly)))

Nice food, very friendly staff.

The second pool and one sauna was closed. A bit crowded pool when theres only one pool, problematic for shorter people. The stairs of the pool looks a bit greasy, I don’t think it is cleaned well. The room made my asthma get worse, I was not able to sleep the whole night. In other spaces I was not feeling like I couldn’t breathe air.

We are family with 2 teenagers stayed for 4 nights. Room and facilities were great, restaurant with live music was fantastic, breakfast amazing, SPA offering were superior.

A bit lack of activity for teenagers. Game room, cinema, library and activities with animators would help. Also I wish that new building would have a larger pool.

Great timing (end of September) - not a lot of people at the SPA. Great variety of dishes at breakfast. Room was spacious, cozy and clean.

Staff members at the restaurant/lounge seemed not well trained or distracted, because there weren't many people, but the servicing took longer than expected.

Bar on the roof , staff very rude when pointed out mistake with are bill they did not say sorry for the mistake or even correct our bill even though they at fault and over charged us €8 for a bottle of wine will not use it again while the person in charge of it is still there, we use the hotel 3 or 4 times a year and this was the worst I found the staff

The choice of food is amazing! It's also very delicious. The whole facility is very spacious, modern and offers many indoor/outdoor activities. Very good location for walking. SPA area, pools and gym is all you need to have relaxing and active time while staying here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Can't be happier about my stay in this hotel.

Excellent location - close to the beach.

we stayed on 7th floor with forest view, but on 8th floor there is terrace which works until 01 AM on Friday and Saturday. Music was loud enough, difficult to sleep. Staff can be more friendly - no smiles or replay on firendly "good morning". Reception ladies always keeping eyes down and You will need to wait until they decide that now is time to pay attention to You. Would be nice if breakfast have bigger selection and more variations.

Location is perfect. Food really good. Reataurant as well. Lots of place for parking. Lounge with the see view, pizas and great coctails- lovely! Warm swimming pools and good selection of saunas. Decent massage quality. Spacious room with forest view. Great value for money

Staff offered to clean the room at 5pm, clearly they were a bit overbooked. Staff either new or a bit lost. During the breakfast we have to wait o few min for the table and those were not too clean. Apart from those few minor things, place is great
