The staff is super helpful, the service beyond my expectations, the handlers all my requests in a professional & welcoming approach & I would like to stress that Ruba from the front desk & all front desk staff was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Lebanon, I’m happy with how high end service I’ve been provided from the front desk & hotel staff in general. Thank you

The location is absolutely fantastic. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers convenient access to all major attractions. I was delighted to find myself just a short walk away from a vibrant city center with an abundance of dining and entertainment options. The service provided at Rotana Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and attentiveness. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any request or inquiry, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. I must commend Elias, the recipient at Rotana Hotel, for his exceptional service. He exemplified professionalism and courtesy at all times. Elias was attentive, efficient, and incredibly helpful. He ensured that all my needs were met promptly, leaving a lasting positive impression. Highly recommend it!

From arriving to leaving, the team was just awesome. I would, however, like to single out Elias on the front desk for upgrading my room to anther one with a balcony facing the Raouche which made my stay even more remarkable. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was amazing and bed was comfortable. Thanks for the wounderful stay. I will use it again upon my return to Lebanon.

booked rotana arjaan 3 times during my stay in lebanon. the service was amazing. the staff were always willing to do whatever it takes to ensure we were comfortable. shout out to elias at the front he was amazing and ensured we were always looked after. everyone else was helpful and welcoming. could not fault the hotel. definately would book again

The staff was very helpful in particular Caren from reservation who assisted me in rescheduling my stay without extra charges in spite of the booking being non-refundable. Karim and Omar from the front office were very friendly as well. The location of the hotel is super; right in front of the famous Rouche rock and 5 minute drive to the Downtown. There was a valet parking at a very affordable price. The studio was spacious and there were good kitchen facilities.

The chairs in the reception are becoming very old and should be renewed soon. I think the hotel in general needs a refurbishment soon.

Location is convenient, amazing views, friendly staff, cleanliness… everything was perfect.

I loved everything about Raouche Arjaan except for one minor thing, which was resolved by the staff without any issues. Thanks to them!! The street noise in the lower levels was loud. When I passed my concern to the staff, they were very helpful and moved us to a higher level.

The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, with easy access to the city's main attractions. Location is amazing in Rouche. property is generally well maintained. The upgrade of my room to a suite was a very goodwill gesture and I would like to thank Mr. Raef and Mrs. Sally from the front office for their help in this regard and in sorting out any requests during our stay.
