Radisson Blu Hotel & Residence Nairobi Arboretum

Very stylish modern hotel. Luxurious room with comfortable beds, good lighting, nice bathroom. Good a/c. Nice location 3 minutes walk from the Arboretum. Outdoor pool was very nice. Staff were friendly.

Food looked OK but very expensive so we didn't try it, except on the first night when we arrived late and ordered room service food. This was a bit shambolic with half the items unavailable, an incorrect bill and the mineral water left with the top on so we couldn't open it. And the food was not very nice. Surprisingly, the kitchen area in the suite had appliances but absolutely no equipment; not a single piece of cutlery nor even a bottle opener.

My stay at the Radison Blu Arboretum was truly exceptional. I was there for the week for work and I will 100% book my next work trip here again. The entire team goes out of their way to accommodate your every need. The general atmosphere is incredibly warm and welcoming, the hotel is immaculate, the food options are delicious and the facilities are top notch. I treated myself to a massage with Louise and it was one of the best massages I've ever had. The entire hotel staff are amazing- Juliet, Emanual, Sally, Charity, the wait, cleaning and security staff- each of them go out of their way to learn your name and ensure you are comfortable daily. The food was delicious, the room was perfect, and I was so impressed with the general atmosphere they create as a team. I can't wait to get back.

We liked everything about the hotel and the management at large starting from the security at the gate, check in was faster, the warm welcoming notes from the general manager and Mishi the front manager too.I had requested for petals in my room wow, I couldn't believe how well it was done, it left me mesmerized that I was a surprise for my boyfriend they exceeded my expectations .we will definitely come back thumbs up for the splendid services , I would recommend the Hotel to all, the location is perfect easy to move around not forgetting the comfy beds and the room services of 24/7 .

I liked everything

The hotel is well locates and the facilities are clean, modern and the room was spacious. The bathroom included several useful amenities and the wifi worked very well. I traveled alone and always fell very safe. The security at entrance of the hotel is reassuring. The staff at reception went the extra mile to help me with my usiness requests (printing documents, etc.). The café near reception is lovely and a great meeting place if you want to have a business session. You can order a taxi in advance and charge it on your hotel bill.

I was slightly disappointed by the swimming pool but otherwise, everything was great and the staff is particularly helpful. Keep up the good work.

The location is great, the staff is incredibly friendly and polite and they go above and beyond to make your experience unique. There are many nice details for the guest in this hotel which make it a great choice! I highly recommend and would love to come back. The rooms are spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms are huge. The spa is amazing as well, the treatments are so worth it, specially with Ester (massage lady) she is AWESOME! The pool area is also very relaxing and the restaurants are also super good.

the prices for breakfast, and restaurants inside is overpriced compared to what you get outside. service is a bit slow, but this is Kenya in general so nothing major.

The ambiance is great, and staying in an apartment-style accommodation is always relaxing and comfortable. Lots of space to work and play. The media center in both rooms gives space for sharing and information exchanges.

The mini-bar and the usual plates, cutleries, and cups were empty. An attempt was made to discourage cooking and room-service dining. It would have been great to provide disposable items if guests didn't maintain the usual ceramic plates and steel cutleries provided in the past.

Faith Alele, Anne (Hostess), Maurice Opata, Dorah & Manuel went over and above every single time to ensure we had a great stay! Amazing staff, food was absolutely delicious & the hotel is VERY clean. We stayed in 5 star hotels before & after and none of them compares. We can’t help but compare services at other hotels Radisson’s. We are currently staying at a 5 star hotel less than a kilometre away & first thing that came to mind (comparison) was security system & customer service. If it wasn’t that we had pre-booked this hotel months ago, we’d cancel & return to Radisson Arboretum. You definitely have set the bar high & on our next visit to Kenya, we will definitely book the entire stay here thanks to Fefe, Maurice Opata & the rest of the team!

Do not know which one I should mention. The check in personnel was awesome. Special thanks to Monicah who made my stay unforgettable. The hotel is very new and facilities are great. The food is delicious and the housekeeping did such a wonderful job cleaning the room. They are very thoughtful with every single detail. Location is so quite and accessible.

Beautiful ambience, excellent customer service - all staff, particularly John who showed us to our room, were friendly and ready to assist. The live music and new year activities were fun, not to mention the fireworks!! The rooms were clean and spacious with excellent amenities. Definitely coming back for a longer stay.

one of the top hotels in terms of customer care, security measures and quality service. hotel is modern located in a safe place by the Arboretum park with free access, room size is good with small balcony, bathroom is spacious and clean. staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is amazing with lots of varieties including sushi and fresh fruits as well juices, delicious pastries and freshly made pancakes/waffles. lunch or dinner by the pool is strongly recommended, food quality and taste is better then any restaurants in Nairobi we have tried during our 6 days stay! tip: try the special BBQ open buffet dinner on Saturday night , it is the only open B. dinner during the week. overall it was a pleasant experience , thanks to the courtesious staff of the hotel!

Just few things: 1- A/C switches off/on automatically during our sleep though set at lowest temperature (18c) , perhaps due to temperature regulator during winter time, sometimes it felt a bit hot under the blanket when it is switched off. 2- Pillows were very soft, but had asked for extra ones and received additional ones (resolved quickly). 3- my wife booked 1 hr massage at the spa, hasn't enjoyed it much! 4- although hotel location is in peaceful spot, but no restaurants or supermarkets nearby , need a ride to reach the closest one. Not big issue though, will stay in this hotel whenever visiting Nairobi again.
