Arab Tower Hotel

Location was excellent, staff Ehab and Ibrahim were too courteous and helping, there guidance was excellent and saved me money using public transport for all trips. Just behind hotel around 150-200 meters there is shared Taxi station, that you can use for half Dinar to go to North Bus Station, from where you can bus to Airport for 3.3 Dinar. While coming to City you can Catch Airport Express Bus from Airport for 3.3 Dinar, which will drop you to North Bus Station and you can catch Shared Taxi No 6 for half a Dinar for City Center. Even Full shared taxi if you have luggage will cost you 2 Dinar Only. So in 5.5 Dinar you can come n go from Airport.

Room 602, Shower Area is too small.

Location is a bit down market and when I was going to the Hotel. I thought 'I've made a mistake'. But on entering the Hotel I was greeted by Tamim the receptionist. He is very easy to communicate and a great person. I was alloted the room and was very happy with it. Tamim also gave me with the location of some authentic local food restaurants nearby. He also said thta the area is very safe and with a lot of family crowds shopping and enjoying the evening in the narrow streets. Loved it .

The location can be a 'put off' at first glance. But the staff and value for money more tahn make up for it.

The best accommodation in Jordan. Pleasantly warm rooms were waiting for us in the middle of February. The owner was very helpful, recommended places of interest in the area, recommended restaurants, arranged parking in a nearby guarded yard for 6 JOD per day. At the same time, he exchanged money for us at a very reasonable rate. The hotel has a great location, close to the souk and the main monuments. And breakfast in the glass roof top restaurant was charming. Thank you for the Jordanian hospitality and we promise to come back. :-) Milan

The staff are so wonderful, welcoming and helpful. Nothing was a problem and they helped us to arrange a car, helped with the best food recommendations and answered all our questions! They upgraded our room to an absolutely massive suite with amazing views of Amman. The hotel is so close to everything in the city and next to lots of great food places. The buzz of the city is right on your doorstep!

The WiFi was a bit intermittent at times but still worked ok.

The hotel is nice and very well located in the heart of Amman, close to shops, restaurants and attractions. Not luxurious but equipped with everything you'd need to make your staying comfortable and pleasant. What made me give it a 10/10 review was the staff, especially Tamim, who really went the extra mile for us! We will never be able to thank him enough!! Trust him with everything you need, from touristic advice to logistics, souvenirs, laundry, special treats and more: he will be able (and more than willing) to help. Plus, his English is flawless!

great location in the heart of city lots of shopping and eating places at the doorstep. Historical attractions also 10 min walk away. Great info and service from Tamim & Ibrahim who were manning reception whilst we were there . Made a big difference in experience having such hospitable and accommodating staff . A value for money hotel.

If driving you need to unload luggage on quite a busy street - Hotel parking is 5 min away and would need to pay daily rates. But hotel staff are most helpful in making this an easy experience

Fantastic location! Walking distance to all the main sites in downtown Amman and places to eat, staff were fantastic especially the night porter, good breakfast on the roof terrace with fab views of Amman in the morning, room was basic but clean and personally I found the bed really comfortable! Hot showers! Good all round place… Tv didn’t work, but I didn’t go to Amman and Jordan to watch telly I can do that at home so not a problem.

Nothing really, it was everything I needed…

We arrived very early to Amman and besides it wasn't yet the check-in time , they let us to have our room so we could have some rest. The room is basic but it was all we needed. Has coffee /tea facilities, confidential beds, aircon even though we didn't need it because it was cold and raining a lot. Ubication is perfect to visit old Amman and the staff was super friendly and always happy to help.

If I had to say something is that the room was dark . It's not a 5 stars Hotel, you can see that but for what we needed it was perfect. We needed a place to rest at night after visiting town and fulfilled the task

Location of this place is fantastic, right in the center of the Old town. Staff was amazing, so polite and extremely helpful with great tips about the restaurants, grocery shops, parking and other tips on how not to be tricked because your are a tourist - pointed us out to the places which have prices displayed etc. You can park in front of the hotel from from 6 or 7 PM until 7 AM and you have a free parking 7-8 minutes away by foot next to the Roman Theater.

Depending on the orientation of the room - it can be a bit loud in the night if oriented towards the street - obviously nothing that hotel can do about it.

Hotel is in the centre of the city very near to the Roman Theatre. Room was enough big, comfortable and clean, suitable to can spend pleasant and relaxing time. Despite the nearness of shops and a very trafficking street the room is very silent. Bathroom is very simple, but it is not a problema, because is fitted out with all the necessary. Staff was very kind and available for any kind of situation: they offered us coffee in the morning and they provided us very useful hints to can visit other places in Jordan
