I only stayed one night but I was satisfied with the room. It was clean and spacy enough for my needs. Staff was friendly. I slept well in my bed.
My room felt a bit cold, but I just tucked myself deeper into the thick and comfty blanket. Maybe there was actually a way to adjust it, but I just turned it off. It didn't bother me too much though.

Hotel was within easy reach of the station. Room size was good and the onsen bath was wonderful. Helpful and cheerful staff. Would stay there again.
I cannot think of anything negative to report at all. Except the weather for which I cannot hold the hotel responsible.

The staff very polite, friendly and helpful 24h: amazing service. the hotel has an amazing and beautiful hall.
The room was small and quite old. I could hear the other guest next to my room. There’s no main light, only from the lamps. There’s a big key you have to leave and pick up from the entrance every time you go out. The bed was small and not really comfortable.

Location was great also parking at the hotel was amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms could be better.
Pillows were hard, rooms were hot temperature inside, there is no Air conditioning and was unpleasant to sleep in. Furniture such as chairs in the room are outdated and small chair had stains on it.

The location was great.
The hotel seemed to be quite old. They don't clean properly. There was a lot of dust. The worst thing was the bathroom, which smelled very bad. At the beginning I thought it came from the pipes, but probably there was some mould too. I'm not sure that the aspiration worked properly. Besides that, I noticed a bump on the fridge and signs of discoloration on the headboard.
