Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower

Hotel rooms are blessed with stunning skyline views. The twin-sharing rooms offered wider beds when joined together, can be shared by adults and younger kids. The hotel surrounds are quiet and there are some food options in the adjacent Global Space mall. Kids will be entertained by a large amusement area at the Market Square building across the Hotel. For those with luggage and coming in from Nagoya station, the Hotel is a short 5-7 minute ride away. The Sasashima-Raibu station is a direct line that ends at Legoland and is one stop from Nagoya station. Secured parking is easy to locate within the basement and costs ¥2,500/ day. Hotel staff were polite and efficient in addressing our requests. Overall, we enjoyed our 4-night stay very much and will return if we head to Nagoya again.

Perhaps showing some signs of wear and tear, the glass walls of the shower area were either showing some signs of spots of mold or possibly not cleaned thoroughly. However, the other parts of Housekeeping was excellent and non-intrusive.

We stayed in a standard room with a large double bed on the 34th floor overlooking Nagoya Station. The view is stunning and the room was very spacious, especially for Japan. The staff are very kind, and all have excellent English. It feels like a 5 star hotel. The hotel is literally next to a train station (Sasashima-Raibu Station), with a walkway connecting the two. We walked a number of times from Nagoya Station (once with our luggage) and it took only 15-20 mins. It us completely flat with wide footpaths. You can easily access the hotel from either side of the station. A taxi ride is only 700-900 yen. The train ride on the Aoinami Line is 210 yen. The area around the hotel feels safe, clean and spacious. There is a convenience store nearby.

We were surprised at how clean it is compared to some other hotels. Our room was kindly made up at our request while we were away too. The view was the reason we chose the hotel, and that of course was as expected!! Also the ambience was especially cozy in the evening with the way the lights were placed across the room. That was definitely one of my favorite things about this hotel!! We had very cozy nights talking with a friend while sitting next to the window. Thank you for your hard work.

It was uncomfortable to get breakfast food because there was almost no space to put the food tray on. Also the both days we stayed there were other guests with crying children the whole time we were eating. The other small trouble was the entrance and elevator system.. there are 2 different elevators in different places and it is quite a BIG walk before you can get in your room. Pretty annoying when you come back after a whole day out and tired.

A short walk from the station. In a very calm part of town. We could leave our luggage at the hotel while were away during the day before we could check in. The room was big, clean, view fantastic. I hate hard beds that most of the hotels have. This hotel had good bed, pillow as well. I did sleep very well. Breakfast had many things to choose from both international and japanese dishes. I can stay at this hotel again.

We didn't mind but if you are very sensitive about noise then you be better of somewhere else. It is right by the train tracks. You can here the sound from the trains inside. There could be more dishes to choose from the room service menu.

The view of the city was amazing even at the 32nd floor and the room size was comfortable enough for my family of 4. Carpeted flooring and really clean room and bathroom. It is just a minute away frm nearest train station to change to Nagoya stn whch is just one stop away. Plenty of food choices nearby plus there is a convenient store that sells so many things and even a beauty convenient store at ground level of the same building!

Reception space was a little small so not enough seats as there were many guests at times and everybody just crowded the area.

The room view of Nagoya City is astonishing. The beds are comfortable, and the facilities are well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you so much to the lady who helped me arrange a taxi during the rush hour on a rainy day (17/11). Everyone was trying to get a taxi that morning due to the bad weather.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of food options, which is great. However, I would suggest a better management of the general tidiness and cleanliness in the buffet/food displays area.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in, EVER. Huge room especially by Japanese standards. Everything very modern and updated. Super friendly staff and beautiful views all around. Just downstairs in the building you will find both a mini mart and a pharmacy. So convenient for those last minute things you forgot to pack. Easy walk to the train station. We made the walk multiple time and it’s totally doable. Even with all luggage and middle of summer was not too bad. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent view! as the room is high enough to see the whole Nagoya. Very comfortable and clean. Excellent staff, Ms Wu, a front desk staff, who is very nice and patient and can speak in Mandarin. Love the breakfast buffet, as the eel rice and red beans toast are very delicious. If washing machine could be provided, that would be more convenient. just a bit far from the Osu shopping street and other not much restaurants could be chosen nearby. there is an arcade nearby to play .

The view was absolutely perfect. It takes your breath away every time. It was a lovely accomodation for our honeymoon and people kept asking me where I stayed when I posted it on instagram! The facilities and customer service was lovely and honestly one of the most comfortable beds!! It was a short walk to Nagoya’s central areas and right next to the station so great location.

The gym had a lovely view but no weights and lack of variety of machines.

Superb views and comfy, spacious room. We appreciated that the management changed our Booking reservation despite it being a non-refundable/non-modifiable booking (what is that anyway!?).

The quality of the food is not at a 9+ level. Lounge food & beverage quality was below par (the scotch was awful even cut in 3/4 of water). Appetizers were combini food served in nice tableware. The breakfast is slightly better but of the same inspiration. And the room service is quasi inexistent. Most expensive room is JPY160,000 or over US$1,000 pretty night. I would be really pissed off to have no better than what we got at this price point.
