It is totally Incorrect to charge hotel guests fr use of the Swimming Pool…I was charged ¥1650/- whch I strongly feel was injustice….All 5 Star hotels gv free access to Swimming Pool n Gym and why not this hotel….I was showed the facility the day after I checked on 14/9/22 by the hotel stafff but there was no mention about the charge… I must be reimbursed of this amount Regards

Fabulous views from high floors in this hotel.

Despite paying for a premium room on Booking.com, we were allocated a very scruffy and rundown room on a lower floor. Only after complaining to the duty manager we were moved 2 floors higher to the same positioned room. But this time it as clean and comfortable. BEWARE: All but 1 on the hotels we stayed at in Japan allocated us the worst room they had and only moved us to the one we'd paid for after complaining. One even demanded an extra payment. I wonder if it's because the hotel pays the genius discount and afterwards, downgrades the booking.

Excellent room size, bedding and bathroom. The view was awesome even though it was not facing the port side and only on the 52th floor. The location of the establishment is fantastic - inter-connecting big malls which means plenty of shopping and no shortage of food selection. Subway station is only 5 mins or less in walking distance with travelators on the way. The entire route is covered hence rain is not a problem. To and fro from the NRT or HND to the hotel can be hassle -free with the airport limousine bus. Will definitely stay again when visiting Yokohama.

Hard to find words to describe this property. The hotel starts from level 50 (I think I am correct) and my wife and I stayed on level 57. We arrived at night and when we checked into the room, we were mesmerised by the night view overlooking the harbour. The room was well furnished. The check-in was efficient. The staff were so polite and friendly. The hotel is well connected to the plaza adjacent and there were plenty of eateries in the plaza which in turn was connected to the Queen Square and the Tokyo Square - more eateries. Walking distance to all the key sights in Yokohama.

Did not like the breakfast spread in relation to the price (cannot remember how much but definitely expensive in relation to my fairly extensive travel globally). I supposed its reason(s) being (1) Japan (2) a 5-star hotel in Yokohama. Did not get the requested room configuration I asked for at booking, and sleeping on a single bed while on a wedding anniversary vacation was not too romantic.

I greatly appreciate the walking distance from the train station (Sakuragicho Station) and the hotel is literally steps from all kinds of shopping and Cosmo World! Literally in the best location ever! The Sky Garden is practically next door! From the gentlemen that greeted me and guided me to the check-in counter to the gentlemen who checked me in... to the quick replies I received to all the messages I sent online... the staff were wonderful! Stayed on the Atelier floor and had the city view. I was fortunate enough to see Fujisan! Beautiful! I love how the table runs along the window. I enjoyed having my morning coffee at the table overlooking the city. Oh, and they had Nespresso as their coffee, yum! I loved everything about my stay! I'm looking forward to doing it again! The breakfast buffet was outstanding as well. I didn't eat any of the American fare (great selections!) as I mainly stuck with the Japanese offerings. The mackerel and salmon were cooked well and I loved their hijiki! Looking forward to my next stay!

There was nothing to NOT like. I enjoyed everything about the hotel.

Central location, helpful staff, very clean.

The use of the gym is 2200JPY per day. Not per 24h. This is very expensive for a small gym. Use of the pool is also extra.

Good location, easy access from station. No problems with check in, staff OK. Room was spotless, the view from our room was fantastic. Little surprised when we visited the Sky Lounge/bar on level 70, hotel guests charged Y1,100 per person cover charge and as expected the drinks way overpriced, our room had better view. Breakfast was fine with plenty of choice. Only reason we would stay again is the view, but unlikely to return. More's the pity, the staff have the look down their nose at you attitude, especially in the Sky Lounge.

The location is right next to Minatomirai station and the harbor core of Yokohama. You can easily gain access to anywhere in the city. There is a shuttle bus to connect to Narita and Haneda airport. The busiest shopping centers and various good restaurants are also within walking distance. The hotel itself is in the tallest building in Yokohama as well, making it one the best place for city view and night view if your room is on the high floors. The interior of the room was refurbished and kept neat and clean. The staff were kind and helpful.

The hotel location is extremely convenient. In addition, there is a retail mall within the development which make is even more convenient for last minute shopping. It was the best decision to get the bay view rooms, as the view was awesome! We only got to find out that there is direct express bus running between both Narita and Haneda Airport and Yokohama Royal Park Hotel. Will definitely consider this option in our future trips.

The hotel is centrally located in a huge shopping/entertainment district. There is literally hundreds of shops, an amusement park, and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Every type of food you can imagine is right there.

If you are an early riser the places to grab breakfast and coffee don’t open till 0700. Only one 7-Eleven open 24 hours but a longer walk from the hotel. Minor inconvenience but worth noting if it’s cold outside.
